And nostalgia and a return of worthwhile media is going to help us get through all that shit, like movies did back during the original great depression.
Actually what go people through the 1920's was ongoing weapons sales to foreign nations.

It isn't the line cops fault, they didn't "let them in", they got overwhelmed and had to fall back. People at the top should be fired because they didn't plan for this and didn't get help quickly when things got out of control.

I did not say it was the line cops fault. I said it was the police. They should have had people on the ground enough to stop this without evening needing to plan.

I don't bemoan an angry mob for wanting to go scream at their Government for taking a crap on the rights.

The Cathedral now only has two options:
  1. Crack down on this egregious display of Deplorables being uppity and not knowing their place
  2. Acknowledging that there are people with grievances against the political/corporate class and despise them, and answer those.
The first will simply create more resentment and perception of persecution. The latter will mean admitting that they fucked up.

You'd be more persuasive if the cause they were championing were something actually real, like poverty, inequity or lack of access to basic human rights like food or healthcare.
But no, the thing that got you to march on Washington was a completely made up ruse by a billionaire who is salty because didn't win an election.
That's just fucking pathetic.

It's always number 1. Their pride demands it.
This was the first slave revolt, and it won't be the last.

The only thing I'm still really holding out hope for 2020s culture now is the typical 20 year nostalgic cycle so maybe we can at least have a good time waxing nostalgic about the better days of the 2000s and maybe see some franchises from that era return.
Our society may be crumbling and our freedom of speech, association and movement may be gone but at least our corporate masters will give us new regurgitated shit from 20 years ago to consoom. Forgive me if I don’t take much solace in that.

Honestly going by the chatter it's a trial run for when they breach the federal reserve.

They will attempt to instead scapegoat Trump, and hope that by removing him from office or simply waiting him out, that all this anger will simply fade away into nothing, like COVID or something.

lol

I see what you're, I really mean the mentality of the real world, outside the internet. Intially I didn't really see that shit at the start of the riots, but towards the end when I became more inactive I did hear how retarded it got in the riot threads. Regardless, I think my point stands that if someone who really hates these people had their online activites here shown to their families/coworkers, I'd imagine the right-leaning normies would be more accepting of bullying trans people online and other, "toxic" oh fuck how I hate the word toxic behavior. Just my 2 cents.

I'm waiting for them to make the connection that this led back to the tea party for when people became disenfranchised with the GOP.

Reactions: Rotollo
He did seem to be becoming more antsy as time went on and no definitive proof of fraud was found. I guess in the end he'd just had enough and told his base it'd be pretty poggers if they rushed the joint instead.

Oh no they had shit. Just then he did not bring crowd control for his base which is beyond silly. Everyone knew what would happen. Some regards would be retards.

You're an idiot.

Letting the guy accused of election fraud tell you why he's innocent is like asking George Floyd if his bills were really fake.

"No suh, I dindu nuffin!"
This is Georgia, until the last year a Red as Red state can be. With a Republican Governor and a Republican Secretary of State. They didn't election fraud the vote to Trump. It is just plain idiocy and now amount of facts or hearings can make q-tards see the light.
