Whether or not he intended to rile up his supporters to march on the Capitol building doesn't change the fact that he could've done far more the de-escalate the situation than give out a very weak sounding plea of "please go home" on Twitter. There are moments when Presidents are called upon to act with great courage and take proper action for the good of the nation, even if it might cost them everything. Trump's moment came yesterday and he blew it.
