I was reading some twitter nonsense tonight and came across this horrible and hypocritical take on the woman who was shot yesterday.

A lot of the narrative during the protests was that no matter the crime or who they were, that person had the right to live. That they had a right to a fair trial. George Floyd was not a good person, lets be fucking honest, no matter what the news media and twitter wants to tell you. They claim he deserved justice and to live because he was a human being. They demanded justice for Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber and Gaige Grosskreutz, when they all had criminal records and seasoned abusers. All of this talk of "UNARMED black man was shot yesterday!" is meaningless now. You can't just turn the other way when its people you disagree with.

George Floyd sat in his car and was suffocated under the suspicion of using a fake $20 bill that turned out false. Those three people Rittenhouse shot had criminal pasts, but didn't commit those criminal acts at that late night protest, they were shot trying to fight a LARPer with a gun.

Those things are not at fucking all comparable. Lady Neckhole was literally in the process of committing one of the highest federal crimes possible in a situation that SHOULD logically get anyone shot by federal law enforcement. The other four are randos guilty of random crimes that they served time for and then got murdered for far less egregious offenses, like potentially using a fake $20 bill and trying to stop a retard running around with a gun.

If George Floyd were in Lady Neckhole's situation, breaking into Capitol hill while every senator was gathered inside in an attempt to disrupt the process violently, you morons would be shitting on him and saying the same "just follow the law" and "fuck around and find out" lines you've repeated since the summer. That's why it's a false equivalency to even compare the two.
