There's currently a neural net based filter in Photoshop to close mouths...
One thing that makes her bread basket look unnatural is that her mouth is just open, seldom are any teeth seen so it just looks like a blowhole on a sexdoll, or the mouth of a latex mask before any puts it on.
Coincidentally, there's also a neural net based filter in Photoshop to add teeth to blowholes... My longtime software companion have succumbed to thottery.
