It's not 76 million. Trump's core base is, at the most generous estimate, half of that (but realistically around the 15-20 million mark). Not everyone that voted for or even just generally supported Trump over Biden is a Trumper.By the same token I don't think they'll be able to mass disenfranchise 76 million people or make them feel any less pissed off.
But either way things kind of play out the same when it comes to disinfranchising them - they don't need to do it directly.
Branding Trumpers as terrorists and then leveraging that (as well as whatever swath of authoritarianism legislation is coming as a congressional overreaction) to prevent any candidates they support from even running disenfranchises them without the need to directly try to take away their voting rights. If no one they support is effectively able to run, they're just as disenfranchised.
"Reforming" the election, things like 16 year old age for voting, allowing felons to vote even while jailed, "addressing" gerrymandering by "fixing" it in a way that best helps them, permanent mail voting, the national vote compact, etc.. also have the same end effect. Tweak election laws in ways that are 1-sided until they can comfortably dominate under the auspices of "enfranchising" people to both solidify their power and ensure any candidates who manage to slip through the cracks still have no chance of winning.
Shit like that. Stuff they've already been mulling over and considering for the last 4 years and picked up steam closer to the election. And that's just the shit they could pull of with laws and a packed supreme court.
Then there's all the not legal shit they can have all the Federal agencies do to publicly destroy any candidates or rising leaders to come out of the group.
Using the IRS to target them, prosecuting even minor fuckups on their tax returns. having the FEC/DOJ overcharge them for otherwise common and minor fuckups regarding campaign finance laws, having the DOJ constantly investigating them for "domestic terrorism" even though nothing ever comes of it and bringing it up publicly as needed, etc...
