She told us her doctor wanted to run her own tests in regards to diabetes - ok but the numbers from her emerg tests were worrisome enough for a GP not to piss around while waiting. And she should have had that testing done by now, coof or no coof. In any case, her NAFLD alone is reason for a proper dietician to be involved. But I think Chantal did her own therapist shopping - if any of that is true. Typical Chantal, a story might fly but she HAS to throw in extra details that makes her tales suspect.
She doesn't need a healthy 'spin' on junk food; at this point, she needs properly healthy food to save what's left of her life.
Again with 'satiation', a 5 dollar word meaning full. I'd think a qualified pro would be more concerned with emphasizing the gravity of her situation & the immediate, serious changes needed than with using lofty words.
As to, paraphrased: "Not good to feel either too hungry or too full"; miss me with that shit. We almost all overeat at times & most of us are used to missing a meal or 2 for various reasons. Being a bit extra hungry doesn't have to lead to over stuffing oneself, especially if one doesn't shovel it in.
Journeys again - why is it death fats on attempted journeys to the new land of a more slender form refuse to use perfectly researched & calibrated, detailed maps & instead grab a crumpled paper with a crooked, crayoned arrow pointing to a crudely drawn 'X' with the only instructions reading, (barely), "Go dere".
