I agree with the first sentence, but I disagree with that second one in its entirety. It won't be about electricity, water or food, that's ridiculous, but it will be about a shitton of essential stuff, like access to long-range transportation (domestic terrorist no-fly lists and the likes), it will be about the access to services, it will be about jobs, but it won't be about food and electricity.What we're going to start witnessing now is a war of resources, where the main tactic is resource denial, and the first step is denying communication networks. From there, it'll move into finding ways to cut off electricity and other utilities from certain locations, then attempts at starving out the opposition by sabotaging food distribution networks like train tracks and the highways semis use to deliver food to cities.
