I'm 50/50 on him being a fed. On the one hand, his association with Milo and Nick Fuentes, combine that with his seeming invincibility when it comes to having to face serious consequences for his behaviour is pretty compelling.

However, Baked is one of those special kind of morons. The type where they seem to fuck up absolutely anything and everything they put their hand to, yet despite his reverse Midas touch he always seems to land on his feet. I could absolutely believe that Baked was stupid enough to film people and ask for their identities, yet somehow dodge charges for his own actions.

He's a spoiled rich kid. They all have this magic aura which protects them from consequences until they either see how close they came to disaster and shape up or finally fuck up so bad it can't be ignored any more and it all comes crashing down. Jacob Wohl is another great example of this. I don't think Baked is a Fed, I think he's just a useful idiot. He definitely will snitch if given the opportunity though because he has no convictions. IDK what he got arrested for just that it was in DC. It could have been a cerfew violation since the only people who actually got arrested inside the capital were the ones who didn't clear out once the riot squad showed up.
