the chicken tendies before bed is killing me. 100 tendies in the freezer, all for her ~health problems~, not her kids.
does anyone else feel gross going to bed after eating greasy foods? doesn't kelly feel the same? she's not exactly a spring chicken, chowing down on bbq wings for a bedtime snack can't feel good for her 40 year old digestive system. heartburn and stuff. why not eat like, i dunno, a hard boiled egg or a protein bar instead?
how much different would kelly's attitude be if she actually did healthy stuff, like exercised or ate better? not even to lose weight, but just generally feel healthy and ergo improve her mental and physical health? she's posted chair yoga a few times but i doubt that's a regular thing. eat a vegetable, karen.
