I rolled through the twitter thread. All the ones that mention Pekora were just like "Wow, congrats, yay. Go Pekora!" or other positive mentions. Most of the replies mentioning the other streamers were drama wagons about people hating the streamers that aren't their favorite without mentioning Pekora at all. I found it pretty funny.

The yagoo dead dreams meme is over. Now it's time for him to reveal his true hand, the destruction of the traditional idol, and replace it with his own, virtual idol mayhem. Sora was just the last stroke he needed. Get the idol fans interested, slowly destroy them, and then, the last bastion of idolism, Sora, succumbs. Along with the traditional fans.

Although this guy is most likely unrelated to Rushia, i can't help but notice that the guy fits to the T the stereotypes of "Asshole Japanese Male Youtubers" I often found on their popular media. It makes you think since some of their characteristics are a bit different with the western ones

I don't understand people being bothered by the metatag thing. There's a Pikamee clip where she admits to doing that with Hololive, Nijisanji, etc early on, but I'm having trouble finding it. Artist situation is fucking stupid. Dunno about group, but whatevs. Her being a Chinese sleeper agent is probably a little bit less likely than Chinese sleeper agents spreading that as a rumor for social-capital-communist reasons.

I appreciated getting a translation to confirm what she was feeling, but you're right that the clip seemed in bad taste. Some simple explanation text and a couple fade transition could have given it a more appropriate tone. Stock clip-bait thumbnail and cartoon fanart tears, not so much.

I totally agree with your points on how she was upset. She kept floating back and forth between being hurt and freely admitting that Sui was a strong competitor; that's definitely some incredible frustration that I've felt before. Also, after the reveal, I think she started going into an Aqua tantrum bit and was just not prepared to be blind-sided by such a big wave of real emotion along with it.

Oh no. Oh no oh no. The fish alone was bad enough.

Edit: So shortly after she plopped the whole scorpion on it, she started crushing it up like a pepper seasoning. It didn't look like there was any meat at all inside, just exoskeleton. Which, honestly, sounds worse than if there had been some good insides to it.

Haachama's stream suddenly went silent and now I'm wondering if she finally paid the price for eating all that garbage and just dropped dead. There was a somewhat loud noise before it too.

Edit: Nevermind, she's too strong.

It isn't just the scorpion.
She fried the fish (as well as it's head), cut it open, stuffed tomatoes (that she cut without a cutting board) and lettuce in the fish's guts, then decorated it with the scorpion's bits.
Truly horrifying.
