Wasn’t there a TV series called “Blacklist” or some shit that was just this fucking premise? A mafia dude working from the inside to bring down a “Cabal” of top government officials working as a shadow government to control the world? I feel like at this point Q, if he’s even real instead of just a title several different autists claim, is a schizocow that watched that show one too many times.
There's literally a book named Q (written by an artist collective whose current name (Wu Ming) is "Anonymous" in Chinese, but they were named Luther Blissett when they wrote the book). The antagonist in Q is an agent of the Catholic Church (named Q) who is fighting the Protestant Revolution in part by pretending to be an insider and anonymously leaking false information about secret goings-on.

It was a popular theory that Wu Ming was actually behind Qanon for a while, but I don't think anyone actually believes that anymore. There's a lot of reasons to think that Ron Watkins is Q and that's who I believe is responsible. Unfortunately that means that Q is definitely a real right-winger and not a left-wing prank, but it's still possible that Jim has read and been influenced by the novel.

Edited to change Jim to Ron

LMAO, if Q really is the 8chan guy, what's his endgame, do you think?
I'll admit that I'm basically just regurgitating research that others have done, but there seem to be a few possible reasons. #1 is to bring traffic to the site. 8kun is their only source for Q drops so Watkins gets a bunch of brainwashed simps who have to come to 8kun. #2 is to stir shit. The Watkins family just likes to make trouble. #3 is to control his father, Jim. Qanon probably used to be someone else who eventually started posting on 8kun before Ron managed to steal the identity (apparently soon after (but not immediately) the migration to 8kun the posting style changed in a strange way that suggests that two different people were making the Q drops). Jim seems to have become a true qultist and Ron took the identity in case he ever needed to control his father.

another example of me wondering if I should post this here or on TES

Great stuff today- Trump made a crack about Biden having to worry more about the 25th Amendment than him ("because he's senile ha ha")... and he mentioned the "Biden administration".

AS IF BIDEN WILL EVER POSSIBLY BE INAUGURATED

Remaining Qtards freaked out

But others saw a mention of a Sun Tzu quote on the 8kun qresearch board, and started bleating it to keep the faith.

Meanwhile, other Qtards have been attempting to get even more avenues of communication closed off through their stupidity by... sending text spam

Q has been wrong how many times now with his predictions? And these idiots keep buying everything he says...

It's really easy for people to get sucked into outlandish bullshit like Q nowadays, particularly because the last decade has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that governmental conspiracies are very real and maybe even prevalent and the powerful will go to great lengths to suppress real but inconvenient information.

The key is to have a skeptical eye towards everything, particularly if its something that confirms your biases.

It should not be this easy to start a new cult.

The last decade? More like the last several decades. MKultra was declassified in 2001, and a bunch of documents relating to it were public for ages before that. And that's just one example. These idiots act as if Obama single-handedly brought in covert operations and the US was completely innocent before then. Like did they just forget the Cold War and the Civil Rights Movements were things, lol?

There's nothing worse than an ignoramus who thinks he's well-informed, which i feel sums up most q-tards.

You're right though, it is easy for people to get suckered into dumb bullshit like this. Cults, scams, pyramid schemes, doomed fringe movements, they're all timeless. Social media has really amped up their power.

Q-Anon is apparently going to be put on the FBIs most wanted list and the whole thing will be considered a domestic terrorist group.

This is just like 1984 where the all powerful government couldn't keep the controlled opposition from always somehow escaping.

Also all those troops in the capitol are not social distancing.

You've really run out of energy on your crusading, mate. You should probably take a break from it for a week to recharge. We can't all be non-stop machines like HHH.

Qtards always do this like clockwork. They'll say X politician has been/will be arrested FOR SURE. When that doesn't happen they memory hole it and start up again later. A couple days ago they tried it with the fucking pope.
IIRC they've done this with Pope Francis twice.

It was funny watching them all shut up about it instantly when he released his video for World Sick Day though. Oh well, trust the plan wiggawigga
