I don't know what's more plausible: Baked being a fed and purposely recording people """committing crimes""" or him just being such an unabashed grifter that he didn't think twice about trying to make money during this while recording tons of evidence.

It's possible the feds are looking into the individuals posted because they were identified elsewhere doing something they are more interested in at this time than merely being present in the Capitol building. It could be that these are the clearest images they have to use to ask for help identifying them.

Just because the feds are using these images to ask the public for help, doesn't mean their presence in these images is their only suspected crime.

I'll play Devil's Advocate. It's possible the feds don't need to rush to press charges against Baked because they already have the macing charges against him. So they could be waiting to build a more solid case that links him to Nick Fuentes, Ali, Alex Jones and the other masterminds.
