I think her grandma is probably ill but it her mom is coming to get her to go to the hospital, that indicates that Chinny is no longer able to drive. It would make more sense for Chinny to go.to her moms and join her there for the hospital trip but she isn't. The St Patricks day vid is a holy relic (have we archived it?) up there with the cheese graveyard pink wig video and the family pizza mukbang, but even though we make fun of it regularly, she's never taken it down because she looked so much better (relatively speaking) in 2017 and because it suggests she has (that is, had) some kind of social life. I personally struggle to watch it, not because of the cringe, but because I'm so vicariously irritated by her harassing the people at the party who obviously don't care. She was 33 in that video, and she's neither autistic nor retarded: how do you get to that age without developing even the most basic sense of social propriety? Even sociopaths and (functional) narcissists know how to affect social graces. About the veracity of her grandmother being ill. I was watching the live when she got the phone call from her mom. She was genuinely shocked, upset, worried, afraid - it's the most genuine range of expressions I've seen her have.
