He just had surgery on his face and posted a video about it.
The video opens with him saying "It all went great and I'm just fucking chillin'" which is funny in itself, seeing as how his entire face is covered in bandages.

But then he continues: "I'm like, donion rings... No more surgeries... I'm like... finished.I 'm not gonna be have to be trapped at Starbucks anymore, I can go get a master's degree...."

Of course there really wasn't any reason why he couldn't do any of those things before. He just needed to be special, difficult, complicated. But now the horrible truth is sinking in: this is the end of his fantasy. From hereon out, there won't be anything special about him. He'll be an off-looking, borderline passing woman, who will have to get a job and get by like regular slobs. He's no longer special, there's no longer any excuses, and it terrifies him.

So, I stumbled upon this book while browsing Kindle Unlimited.

It's a typical AGP fantasy. Sarah is revealed to be a transbian, Chris likes to wear his sisters underwear and clothes and of course gets off on it. Once Sarah is revealed to be a troon (got put on blockers and HRT and passes so well that no one knew, except for some bullies), Chris's girlfriend somehow know he's a troon too, and invites him over and let's him put on her underwear and clothes, because it's so obvious he's actually a girl! That's about as far as I got into it, because it's rather boring and not well written.

He's a teacher and lives in Colorado, and is eager to groom his students

Is it true that lesbians are more likely to be autistic? I've never heard that before, and looking it up mostly brings up that trans people are commonly autistic and women often go undiagnosed.

One thing I wonder about the AGPs, do they genuinely think they look attractive? Do they genuinely think they look like women even? When I see them post photos of themselves, receding hairline, face crayoned up with makeup like Mimi from the Drew Carey Show, brick shithouse ruler straight male physique in an ill-fitting size XXXL women's dress... What the hell do they even see there? Is it like with anorexics that look at a photo of themselves skin and bones and just imagine a fat person?

Nailed it with the anorexic part. They'll only focus on the things that assists in their delusions while ignoring everything else that piles against their delusion. The more they focus on it, the more obsessed they become and start to believe that it's their best features that play up their delusion (long hair, caked make up with red lipstick, women's clothing.)

I think it gets more extreme which is why they either go for the teenager look or the super slut bimbo, which can quickly lead to a combination of both depending on the AGP's desires.

I think a lot of them are exhibitionists and try to look threatening/unusual on purpose because they get off on making women uncomfortable.

Also a lot of troons revel in their victimhood and if they perfectly passed as women they'd just be women which isn't special enough for them.

I think many of them actually believe they're attractive. The AGP believes he's a woman, and he determines a woman's attractiveness by what makes his dick hard. When he looks in the mirror and sees himself dressed up as a fetishist's interpretation of a woman, his dick gets hard, usually even moreso than when he looks at an actual woman. Therefore, he must be more attractive than those women.

It's combination autistic face blindness, narcissistic personality disorder and AGP that all completely distort what they see in the mirror.
