So a few weeks ago Chantal was super conscious about the added sugars in pasta sauce and Healthy Choice frozen meals since her blood sugar is high.

Then she has a can of Coke with lunch. What is that, around 50g of sugar? Makes perfect sense.

Eta: Can beetus-butts cheat and have a full sugar drink every once in a while? I thought that if it's uncontrolled diabetes that's super dangerous.

To answer your question: The answer is no. You don't build up extra lives or points like a video game, much as one might wish it so. If you consume sugar, then your blood levels rise dangerously and damage takes place.

Which is what is unfolding in front of our eyes. Bloody hell.

If she had actual ADHD, like not "Johnny is hyper in school and doesn't listen to the teachers" but the kind that you can see a difference through brain scans, those meds would help her zone in and calm down. She would sleep better in general, and when starting meds she might get super sleepy like she just smoked some indica and popped a handful of Meletonin. Eating wouldn't be difficult either, especially at starting doses and assuming the doctors kept it at a therepeutic dose versus increasing it too much or too quick. If she was on the meds for ADHD the focus would be on helping her focus versus stopping her from taking triple helpings of food for her second supper. A dose needed to create that effect would be have to be higher than for others, if she actually had ADHD.

We're back to the shitty mukbangs, oh joy. I almost fell asleep.
