Here's a perfect example of someone cosplaying "trans" identity (as well as "disabled" identity, "jewish" identity, and "orphan" identity) in order grift for endless electronics and other luxuries. Lou is financially and emotionally draining people who believe they're supporting a "suffering trans sister in her time of need". In reality, they're throwing money at a bearded dude bro who just wants to avoid having to get a job and realizes that identifying as "the most oppressed class" helps him gain the maximum amount of funds.
If I were trans, I think I would be pissed off by this... a self proclaimed trans woman on Twitter claiming to be a trans woman, blind, Jewish, disabled, rape-victim, orphan AND single mom to the nephew, and all the while this person is just a fat dudebro, lazy, entitled, narcissistic.. the identity of being disabled is a stretch, let alone being Jewish. He's making a fool out of the very group of transwomen he claims to identify with.
It's like, "Yes transfurries and other Woke Queer Folx: People DO lie about their identities in order to gain trust more quickly from unsuspecting people, to gain an advantage over others and/or to more easily predate on others, and this includes a portion of self-described transwomen! This is like the equivalent of a Cis Het Karen faking her breast cancer or using a false rape claim in order to grift money off the internet."
