I think the "If only" is about Weinstein's death. As in, she wishes Weinstein was dead.
But I mean, that's just me assuming she's being somewhat rational.

Regarding Weinstein dying, I think she'd have no trouble just accepting it and adding someone else to the delusions as his successor. I mean, she already adds random people every other week, so the eventual death of Weinstein would be as good as any other ocassion to switch it up a little.

He's been such a fixture though. Him, Robbins, and to a lesser extent Fassbender are the core of her delusions. It will be interesting to see how they adapt when he dies. His being in prison didn't change them, she just decided he was super resourceful.
