I'm personally infatuated with Hardin at this point. I'm sure that there are a million threads that idiot Melinda left swinging in the breeze in her filings that add up to enough rope. He's weaving a bare handful of these into a nice fat tapestry of examples of consistent abuses of the system. And the bow on top is that according to her sworn statements, that she went out of her way to make, she believed she had a residential address for Josh. And purposely had him served elsewhere. Then represented, either through ignorance or malice that the service was proper. All because she smugly pronounced here that she thought that telling a democratic judge that Josh was a registered republican would somehow work in her favor. It's like he not only gave her enough rope, she added tassels and beaded detailing to the damned noose before he even got here. And she loves her tassels. I hope somewhere, she knows that she's Wile E. Coyote in this legal cartoon.
