I am ok to finally let this damn thing die a nice natural fiery death when jones/sergeant smashes it to peices. There will be a few days of congrats and fallout, but I think the next time melinda will rear her ugly (5)head will be the next quiet, soon smacked down,no effort filing. I do hope that she makes a love pillow of her default judgment. It's the closest thing she's ever come to success in her meager life. A fucking clerical mistake by court staff gave her more pride than all of the accomplishments of herself and her children put together. At least by her mentioning. In the several years that she has been posting here, we have never heard of trees planted, or science projects, or garden beds, or baking. The only cookery we've seen evidence of was an enchilada casserole. Or some other casserole. In any case. Comparable homeschooling moms accomplish much more than what has been evidenced here. Non one is asking for her to show her children on camera. But to at least describe lesson plans, unschooling activities. She could have been a voice for her way of life. Let me say that one more time. She could have been a voice for her way of life.
But she chose a hill. And for over a year she constantly chose that hill while she flung herself at the monolith of Josh's ersatz web empire.
The hill she chose to die on was the kwik pak n ship, I literally defy the bitch to identify who was even served. Who actually received the documents?

Oh no, this isn't the evisceration. Not yet. This is lovingly tying the rope around the neck. Hardin is IMPLYING she is full of shit, but is politely and properly asking the court to tell her to show that she is not full of shit. The evisceration will come after the court orders Melinda to "Show Cause" and Hardin replies to whatever it is Melinda "shows".

The best part about this is that its obvious to everyone but Melinda where this going. Hardin is about as subtle as a pallet of bricks falling down 10 flights of stairs. There are so many ways to get out of the way, including just voluntarily dropping the case. Instead she is stubbornly standing in the way of the oncoming bricks and proudly proclaiming the rules of nature don't apply, because she likes her own rules better.
