This is how anime ruled over latin america from the 80s to 90s, they got shows that we never got in the US or if we did, failed miserably like "knights of the zodiac" (what a hit).To be fair, for third world countries, effective weebs population don't grow on cable networks. It grow on local tv channel filling their air time with it, on free pirated clips on the internet, you get what i mean. Free access, the kind that let the proles watch japs entertainment with virtually no cost. Cable tv is expensive AND exclusive, but on today's world, internet access is practically necessity for anything and is actively encouraged by government of all level of capabilities. If Indians don't have those, well, that's why ID can turn into moderately successful foreign branch.
From what I've seen from Aadya, she streams less frequently than Noor, but her and her peers stream in english exclusively. Vihaan can speak in hindi but chooses not to and Noor would rather stream in japanese.
