I just wanted to note that he's using not hitting the tips goal on the first stream as his way to beg for more tips this stream. Man hits his tips goal and instead of rewarding his viewers by shutting up he just finds a new level to beg on. I bet he could get $3000 in one tip and he's still be fucking begging for tips if only out of fucking habit.

Anyway, in the message he said that he didn't email Phil ahead of time because he wanted his return to be a surprise.
Phil didn't bat an eye at this comment and welcomed him back.
Why exactly would you think to email Phil to tell him you're coming back? Or that he'd be particularly surprised to see you without an email warning?
Is it because you've had previous email conversations with him regarding your appearances?

I was skeptical of the low T theory because Phil has always been a sedentary, skinny-fat ghoul. But his goat-laugh-tee getting Thanos'd could be a sign of declining testosterone.

Phil cut the YT recording and thanked his audience for the tips. The fact that he went a little over the goal tonight ($119) 'helped to alleviate' the fact that he had a slow earlier stream and was 'just over 50% of the goal'.
Alright, so the tips goals are mandatory then. That's what this language says. If the goals are not met, Phil is clearly establishing that it is a problem, and he really needs $200 daily for some undisclosed reason. You cannot say this and simultaneously say the tips aren't mandatory. He also had a hype train tonight, so he pulled quite a bit for the next Twitch paycheck as it is. But the urgency of the tips is even more suspicious than usual.

This is one of the first times he has gone in this hard on saying that he wants the late stream to go over the tips goal to compensate for the day stream falling short. Usually, he just begs to the goal. I suspect he overspent/is overspending on Champions because he was banking on hitting more tips goals and is now realizing he is at risk of not affording his taxes. This is the first year he hasn't had a massive fundraiser for his taxes, and has not had comfortable access to a credit card. I think he has royally fucked his monthly budget and is in a bad spot again with very limited options for a bail out.

He also welcomed back OiC again at the end for no specific reason. Just said it unprompted. Nice little bit of whale dick riding there. It's actually more than OiC got after he gave Phil a fortune in subs because they weren't tips, but I guess Phil wants to line up that fat Twitch paycheck anyway.

I say this completely unironically - the only streamers that I have ever seen come close to this are the Twitch thots that Phil professes to hate. And even they are not as crude about it as he is. They also generally put in more effort (even it if is predominantly to their own appearance), run better set ups with higher production values, and are pretty transparent that they want money to burn on luxuries. Many of them probably also actually make less than he does and are kinder to their customers, despite them being weird and creepy simps. The same people that turn up in Phil's chat, really.

Ultimately, we need to see this for what it is - absolute confirmation that Phil is a money pit, and a complete irredeemable mess that should be given nothing, the least of all any trust. He has had all of his debt cleared, he is making more money than when he had that debt, and yet he is still blatantly begging against all logic and doing everything he can to hide the money that he is getting. He has invested nothing back into his business, or done anything for his fans. There's no excuse left for this. The only possible way this could be the case is that he is running a scam. That'd be the reasonable conclusion even if we didn't know about the mobile gaming.

He's just lucky he has the stupidest bunch of whales currently active on Twitch. I don't know who OiC is, but rest assured once that dox is found, he is going to either have suffered brain damage, or be someone who clearly should be institutionalized. Or the third option, Derich who time traveled here from the future. Like some autistic degenerate terminator, bent on giving Phil money.

Yeah, it will have to be his health at this point. We have some nice foreshadowing with the prominent stroke droop, recent bizarre capture of his eyes falling out of sync, and chronic ear infections. In a normal person, these things would be canaries in the coal mine for brewing issues.

Realistically, the bankruptcy should have been it. If anyone had been competent, if anyone had done their job, and if there weren't a pandemic muddling things, Phil should have been absolutely destroyed, and it would have been public by nature of the proceedings. People were bitter about it because it really was the logical narrative conclusion. But it didn't happen.

Now we linger on in real life 'overtime', to put it in autistic stream schedule terms, and it's become abundantly apparent that only an act of God is going to strike Phil down. Otherwise, he'll just meander in this holding pattern of misery and failure, probably banking on his inheritance as any sort of retirement plan. The finale is going to have to come from within, as his own body fails him in a final grand act of detracting, if it is going to happen at all.

The schadenfreude is a reason why I like to observe Phil recently. He can't hide it anymore and seeing it has been so delightful. Originally it was because he sucked at games which I was interested in watching or have played, but now, it's to see how he treats his whales and how his gambling addiction is so obvious when he's not getting money. Dude made his own circle of Hell that he can't get out of unless he wants to work a regular job, like a janitor or something along those lines, a job which he'll get fired for quickly.

I only catch the occasional tractor video these days but the post-bankruptcy saga has been so boring. Every "highlight" video these days is him bitching about chargebacks (which I'm not sure I care to fully understand), complaining about not making a tips goal, freaking out on his stream chat and bitching about lag in Street Fighter or Call of Duty. I think the showrunners might have run out of ideas for this season.
