Like FilmBrain was ever a draw on the site. He, along with Erod, were literally the bottom of the barrel.
Welshy had more staying power than him . I miss that guy. He used to troll the shit out of everyone in the community in his videos . Now he’s just having a normal life ( to be fair that’s a valid excuse unlike Spoony’s lmao)

Welshy was just having a laugh and did his own thing. Once he left the site he just stopped making videos even though Phelous would have allowed him to showcase his videos on his site. Welshy just had enough and honestly good for him. He got out and went on with his life.

Tony Goldmark is going to leak the script for the unreleased Channel Awesome 10th anniversary event movie "The Devil's Jesters" if 5000 dollars are donated to Castmember Pantry by December 6th, 6:00PM PST.

He says it around the first 22 minutes of the stream. Also he says it only counts if you donate through Venmo and then send them a screenshot of the donation.

They raised the 5000 dollars, however they didn't do the script reading because some of the former CA members were "uncomfortable" doing it tonight. They decided to just do a screening of All Critics Must Die instead.
What a Scam.PNG

Here's the archive of Tony announcing the $5000 goal.

The weird part is judging by them deciding not to do the script reading, and this tweet Tony made recently, it looks like either some shit went down between Tony and his friends, or someone from Channel Awesome made them back down.

So basically they raised a little over 5k, and Tony did not deliver what he promised to his fans. Sounds like a Spoony moment, to me. Getting paid for false promises. Whatever happened to all of that money?

Ya'll recall like 10 years ago, when TGWTG was hot like McDonalds flapjacks,
There where knockoff channels trying to cash in.
And as you can imagine, the reject bar for Channel Awesome was like below special needs.

I think one of them named "Lord Of the Longbox" or something like that.
https://lotlb.com/reviews/ -- Don't know if related; he was kind of a deathfat, so I'd be surprised if he was still active 10 years later.

Ya'll recall?

I distinctly remember That Fellow in the Coat, which still seems to be functioning. They had people like Hewylewis, Pan-Pizza, Joey Tedesco, and (probably their most infamous member) Animat.
