Most probably not but trying to disprove solipsism or simulation theory is an interesting thought experiment.
In freudian model (which in itself is a theory) ID is Eros and Thanatos. Eros is the urge to engage in sexual activities, Thanatos is our urge for destruction and\or self-destruction. It's the "reptilian mind", kill or be killed, do whatever you want now and don't think about what happens later. ID is the voice that tells you to punch your interlocutor during an argument or make a step forward when standing at the edge of a cliff. Opposing ID is Super Ego. It's your social norms and morality shaped by society (so people growing up in disfunctional parts of society can have different norms imprinted into their Super Ego). It's the voice that tells you to resolve a conflict with words and not fists or turn away from the cliff. ID and Super Ego are pretty much little devil and little angel standing at your shoulders. You, concious thought process, the Ego, is between them and needs to resolve the conflict between those two guys at war with each other.
Imagine this hypothetical situation: you see someone you really hate walking in front of you on an empty street. And now:
Your ID tells you: Hit him in the head, kick him in the balls and run.
Your Super Ego tells you: Walk past him, assaulting another person is wrong.
It's up to you (Ego) to resolve this conflict. If you let ID win - Super Ego will be displeased and strike back with guilt and remorse. If you let Super Ego win - ID will be mad and attack you with frustration over missed opportunity.
This conflict can be resolved in many ways - better (like sublimation: turning unacceptable urge into acceptable behavior - for example art: walking past that person and writing an artistic description of the assault you planned to give ID his adrenaline kicks) or worse (like distortion: misrepresenting the event - for example assaulting the person and telling Super Ego that it was more like a strong but playful pat in the back).
Anyway, that's old perv Freud
This sounds more like Carl Young and his "collective unconscious" (basically: we're all individuals but we're connected on some plane of existence which can be accessed for example in dreams).
I'm not sure one can experience orgasm while in coma but I'm (and every other guy who ever was in his teens) can confirm you can experience orgasm and ejaculation while sleeping
I wish I was this durable

Don't even want to imagine the pain of a few hours long erection.
