Jim Sterling / James "Stephanie" Sterling / James Stanton/Sexton & in memoriam TotalBiscuit (John Bain) - One Gaming Lolcow Thread

And to think it all started with him getting butthurt about people hating his terrible FF13 review on Destructoid. I still remember him writing passive-aggressive callout articles about all the mean readers telling him off in comment sections. He must have taken the comments calling him a fat, thin-skinned, lying bitchboy literally.
He didn't even complete the game he's famous for tearing apart.

Off topic, but Yahtzee really is a tale of a man who could have easily become a cow, but realized how dumb he was and stopped.
God bless him, I hope things work out well.
gotta give the guy some credit for singlehandedly keeping the escapist afloat by... doing the same thing for fifteen years? as far as bong game journos go he's definitely superior
How long till James Rolfe takes the pink pill?
james is 40 now and sold out cinemassacre to everyone's favorite slobs at screenwave media so he could spend more time with MUH KIDS, so the chances of that happening are astronomically low

I'm starting to think the same for things like cons and speedrunning games. You have to be, at minimum, something of a societial shut-in to participate in the first place.
The link between trooning out and autism has been proven. Not even enablers can deny it. It's an objective fact that autistic people are more likely to troon out by a massive factor.

I don't think I have to say anything about the link between speed running and autism.

This isn't to say that becoming a man in a wig is the natural evolution of autism. That's a very new phenomenon. The reason it happens is because the more autistic you are, the more gullible you are, and as a double whammy, the less happy you are. It's the ideal combination for cult indoctrination. If you tell a mentally crippled autist that cutting off his dick will make the loneliness and self hatred go away, he's going to do it.

The entire trans pandemic is based on manipulating mentally ill people.

Eh, he had his moments of being a cow, like getting buttmad at GoG for not selling his games, his whole failed idea of making a review show for a TV, and finally his failed venture into the Gaming bar set up.

Yeah, but overall he’s fared much better than our lovely lady over here.

Let’s do a little tally of the Big Three Escapist alumni:

Movieblob: Fat, virginal(?), politisperg diabetic who got fired.
Jim Sterling: Fat, cucked, troon who no one likes anymore.
Yahtzee Crowshaw: Married, still puts out books, seems to be wealthy enough, and is now a father. His views are down, but he still seems to chug along.

Based Yahtzee, he survived the Escapist.
Yahtzee actually did something creatively before becoming a journo and proven himself to have some talents other than sharing his opinions online (his Trilby's Notes was in my opinion one of the best indie games back when it came out).

Aside from the art, he actually has some chops when it comes to designing and writing a game. Consuming Shadow was actually a pretty good game, at least I enjoyed it enough to keep playing after the first run.
Moral of the story, be a Yahtzee, don’t be a Jim.

I mean AEWs second women's champion was literally a fucking tranny. So wouldn't surprise me.

I want to see a transman wrestler. A 4'9" fujoshi with a pastel pink bowlcut named Milo Liam Quinby who just runs around giving Adam Page and Chris Jericho stunners. It would be hilarious.

I liked it a lot but still I prefer his more narrative endavors which in my opinion peaked in Trilby's Notes (but he overcomplicated the series in 6DAS with non-linear timeline and future events affecting the past). "Die" puzzle in TN was one of the best in the genre in my opinion.

The Chzo Mythos peaked at Trilby’s Notes, that is true.
