i think often times people get too caught up on their looks and forget that those surgical procedures are, well.. surgical. they're just eager to show off their new body parts and don't know/care enough about the physiology of the healing process. no matter how skilled a surgeon is or how refined the surgical procedure and filler/implants become, your body's natural response is still going to be "ew wtf is this, get it out" when you stuff and inject foreign objects into it (even if they're naturally found in the body).
with that being said, whoever has girls that look like momo coming into their office asking for filler and says "sure, have a seat"-- you suck. i just hope she doesn't start looking into permanent fillers if she gets tired of going back in to have her lips inflated. then she's really going to fuck her face up.
