Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Hitler was a dangerous racist, but he wasn't quite as bad as most people think.
Someone should shop that shirt to read 'HOMO'. Just because. Also increase hitlers head to twice the size.

The left's obsession with Tubman always confused me. She was a pro 2nd amendment Republican.

No, Harriet Tubman Wasn't A "Gun-Toting Republican"
Being illiterate, Tubman likely didn't know what the Second Amendment was, and to the degree she was a Republican, it wasn't because she subscribed to what the GOP peddles now. Or then, for that matter.

Harriet Tubman—Gun-Toting Republican, Delusional Narcoleptic, And/Or Creation Of Communist Propaganda?
Many of the incidents of her life as a slave, as a fugitive escaping to freedom, and as the "Moses" who returned repeatedly to lead others out of bondage are derived from her own testimony and often impossible to corroborate from other sources. Problems of evidence present formidable obstacles to biographers intent on sifting reality from myth. All three biographies under review were written by careful scholars with high standards. Even so, there are puzzling anomalies in the story of Tubman's life.

Such as:

  • Tubman was said to have led 300 slaves to freedom—McPherson makes it between 57 and 70.
  • Many of the fugitives Tubman conducted north were her relatives. That would make her the Moses of her family, rather than of her people.
  • Tubman was said to have had a reward of $10, 000, $12, 000, or even $40, 000 for her recapture—the last figure would be equivalent to more than a million dollars today. The largest reward actually posted was $100.
  • Tubman suffered from some "temporal lobe epilepsy" or "narcolepsy" or possibly "cataplexy” as a result of a head injury. Symptoms, as described by McPherson: "[F]or the rest of her life Harriet would periodically lose consciousness and appear to fall asleep, sometimes for only a few seconds, sometimes for several minutes, and then awaken to carry on as if nothing had happened." This really terrified the people she was supposed be rescuing—and raises questions about how much she could really have done.
  • Speaking of terrifying the people Tubman was supposed be rescuing, she didn’t actually carry a musket as pictured above, but a revolver—with which she’d threaten to shoot anyone who faltered.

Wikipedia refers to Tubman’s threats this way: “Tubman told the tale of one man who insisted he was going to go back to the plantation when morale got low among a group of fugitive slaves. She pointed the gun at his head and said, ‘You go on or die.’”[Accessed May 15, 2015] That’s the 2015 version—almost every time it was quoted before that, including in the Negro Digest in 1965, she said “Dead n*ggers tell no tales; you go on or die!”

  • As a result, again, of the head injury related seizures, Tubman was apparently delusional.

This was less noticeable during the 1860s, when people were more religious, but here’s how McPherson puts it:

During these seizures she often experienced dreams or visions, even hallucinations, sometimes with powerful religious overtones—more than once she said that God had spoken to her.

Shock poll: Trump 'Patriot Party' would win almost quarter of voters, drop GOP to third place

A hypothetical "Patriot Party" led by former President Donald Trump would win the support of almost a quarter — 23% — of the electorate, bumping the GOP down to third place with just 17%, according to a new Just the News poll with Scott Rasmussen.

The startling survey result comes amid reports that Senate Republican support for convicting Trump in an impeachment trial is fast eroding.

A Trump third party could provoke a pivotal realignment in American politics. With the support of 46% of registered voters in the new poll, Democrats would reap the benefits of a fractured opposition and entrench themselves as the nation's dominant party — even without majority support.

Among "very conservative" voters — who make up a disproportionately large bloc within the Republican primary electorate — a Trump Patriot Party crushes the GOP 55%-24%. Should Trump remain in the GOP, his wide lead among these highly motivated voters affords him great leverage to influence the direction of the party by wielding the threat of conservative primary challenges against establishment Republicans ill at ease with the former president's combative brew of conservatism infused with populism and nationalism.

Despite Trump's outperformance in 2020 of recent GOP presidential candidates among minorities, African-American and Hispanic voters effectively split evenly between the GOP and a Patriot Party in the the new poll.

The survey of 1,200 registered voters was conducted by Scott Rasmussen using a mixed-mode approach from Jan. 21-23, 2021.

Hitler was a dangerous racist, but he wasn't quite as bad as most people think.
He killed 12 million people as part of a complex scapegoating strategy as his empire twilighted. He was pretty heinous.

It's not about Hitler being "as bad" but rather about him being portrayed as actually human. This photo is either explained by Hitler not having any animus towards black people regardless of whether he thought them inferior or Hitler trying to sow discord in particularly America when they see Jesse Owens being ostensibly treated better by a dictator than by the white man in what's supposed to be the world's bastion of liberty. Either way, the photo by itself invites much more complexity than we ever give Hitler in common discourse (where he's treated as the devil, and-- as of recent-- is likened to Trump who would be several magnitudes less heinous) or even history teaching (where he's presented, as with most historical figures, as a mere force rather than a person). The end result?

1) We have people (e.g. you) who, when presented with finer details about the man, mistake the impression that he was more human than originally thought as an impression that he "wasn't that bad", and
2) we lose the ability to recognize and examine the evil lurking within ourselves because we uphold devils in human flesh as the quintessence of evil from which we are far removed.

Well the photo itself is explained by being a photoshop.

Oh my god, the Twitter replies: "REEEEEEEEE MUH SCIEEEEEEEEEEENCE NOT WAAAAAAAAACISM"
Yeah, remind me of the country where this entire mess all originated from in the first place, again?

Odd becuase I swear when Trump banned flight from and to China. He was following the science that it was coming from there. But the media dismiss it as being racist.

Biden to Impose South Africa Travel Ban to Combat New COVID-19 Variant - CDC (a)

Trump restricts travel from China due to pandemic: RAYCISS

Biden restricts travel from South Africa due to pandemic: Science-based leadership or something, I donno

So, the argument that anyone would handle Covid better than Trump has resulted in Biden shrugging his shoulders and saying it'll take months for things to get any way better before he re-ups on Trumps exact same travel restrictions and also he added another country to the list?

At least the mean twitter man is gone. That's what's really important.

Any Patriot Party push is done by people who are being paid by the left to force a schism. I think people have realized after the feathers being ruffled you have to be like the Democrat Socialists and just push out the RINO faggos. It seems in the past few days the republicans have finally gotten their marching orders from the Trump or Mcconnell side of the party. Trump is focusing on primarying people now, you have republican senators being more vocal about Mcconnell being a vindictive little bitch with this fake impeachment trial, and the normal republicans are seeing those NeverTrumpers are still staying on the left even as they no Trump to Never against.

Last week it felt like all the republicans were going to walk off the cliff in order for DC likes and retweets, now it feels like a line is being drawn. Which means people are making their voices heard. Rob Portman not wanting to run for reelection in '22 shows there's a push coming in places like Ohio which is now moving more red. And now Synema is saying she won't vote against killing the filibuster no matter what, which should give a two senator cushion for the time being, until mega faggot Romney votes to kill it in order to have unity.

edit: I can't convey how much I don't trust Romney at all. Schumer is a liberal scumbag but if I asked him to babysit or let me borrow his lawnmower or power tool, he would. I'd have to tolerate him whining about all his political stuff and be roped into helping him clean out gutters but he'd help out. Romney is the kind of person who would say yes but then give me a bill for the power tool and claim I broke it when I didn't, and then call the cops if I had someone park on the street in front of his house.

Trump carried Ohio by something like 8 points and it's been trending in a Red/Trump direction since 2016. Portman is an enormous RINO who's almost as big a faggot as his gay son, DeWine fucking around with useless COVID bullshit like his absolutely useless curfew will probably cost the Ohio GOP. Jim Jordan is eyeing Portman's seat and while he's useless on Big Tech, he's better on everything else than Portman is. Hell, Wife Beater Brown almost lost his seat in 2018 to a Ohio GOP guy who, because of typical state level retardation, had no money to run an effective campaign.

Any more red and we'd be giving Kentucky and West Virginia a run for their money. It pretty much is outside the cities. We're in a weird place where the major cities don't have the population to sway the whole state, so you end up with five blue counties that aren't even that blue in a sea of red. To be fair though, instead of splitting the vote with a third party, we should learn from Dems, purge the party and wear it like a skin suit. You know, like they do to everything they touch. Rules for Radicals works both ways.

Oh, I didn't mean to imply he wasn't bad. Obviously genocide is abhorrent. I was trying to say that he wasn't the devil caricature people often imagine, my wording was just terrible.

That's depressing. The so-called Patriot Party and Republican Party combined only reach 40%, while the Democrat Party is at 46%.

Who are all these people voting for Democrats? I've seen only negative things since they've had House control, control of many states, and the presidency back.
