Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

'she sits there andw atches people with her spy camera. i hate it when people do that. my grandmother... well my grandmothers building had a spy camera and you could watch it on the tv, flip channels and watch it on the tv.'

Was that in response to how much she made, I missed the context but assumed she was talking about how much she spends on takeout. Hard to imagine how she manages with just $1000/mo income though - I'd think impossible..
She said this in direct response to someone in chat asking how much she makes on YouTube. I think she must've just been flippant and said 1k? Because... that's really, really sad if true.

I love watching Jen and Chantal try to accuse each other of having worse diet/food choices. For example, Chantal saying “you buy like six bags of cheese” and Jen describing Chantal’s baked potato as “a container of cheese topped with a little potato.” You can’t make this up.

Chantel had to file bankruptcy in the past. That’s why she apparently has no debt.
I wouldn't call that a bragging point Chantal.
Yea I understand bankruptcy is necessary for some people as sometimes debt can spiral and be out of their control but with Chantal's recent spending habits of buying shite off Amazon plus $1000 on fast food it just kinda shows how irresponsible she is with money.

(Alot of it would be a tax write off now but still bankruptcy is nothing to boast about)

Chantal revealed something very interesting at the beginning of the live when she was angrily reading the "10 Principles of Intuitive Eating" off her phone.
  1. Reject the Diet Mentality
  2. Honor Your Hunger
  3. Make Peace With Your Food
  4. Challenge the Food Police
  5. Discover the Satisfaction Factor
  6. Feel your Fullness
  7. Cope your Emotions with Kindness
  8. Respect Your Body
  9. Movement–Feel the Difference
  10. Honor Your Health–Gentle Nutrition

It comes off of this website here and you can go read all of the everything they are advocating in it's full context (or listen to Chantal say them if this live is archived), but the most absurd things are these quotes.
  • "If you allow even one small hope to linger that a new and better diet or food plan might be lurking around the corner, it will prevent you from being free to rediscover Intuitive Eating."
  • "Give yourself unconditional permission to eat. If you tell yourself that you can’t or shouldn’t have a particular food, it can lead to intense feelings of deprivation that build into uncontrollable cravings and, often, bingeing."
  • Rule 8 about Respect your Body actually means "Accept your genetic blueprint. Just as a person with a shoe size of eight would not expect to realistically squeeze into a size six, it is equally futile (and uncomfortable) to have a similar expectation about body size."
There is some good (albeit common sense) advice sprinkled in, but those were the worst quotes imo.

However more importantly, this website also seems to have some strange program where people can become intuitive eating counselors (if you need a laugh, go look at the criteria for who is eligable. Yoga teachers, acupuncturists, dentists, midwives and naturopaths (*cough* fake doctors). No matter how you feel about them or how nice and well-intentioned they are, there is no reason why they should be giving food or weight loss advice).

So, considering how outspoken Chantal has been about Intuitive Eating, that she choose this specific website to read off of, that this website offers also offers certification to become a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and that Chantal has been speaking recently about her new counselor, I think we have some clues on who Chantal's counselor is.

The list of people with this specific online degree in her area is relatively small, so if my assumptions are correct, her therapist is narrowed down to these six people.

I'm predicting that the next salvo in the fatty vs. fatty war will be LiesByJen reporting Cuntal's current livestream to YouTube for violating those very same "targeted bullying of other YouTubers" guidelines that Cuntal keeps threatening to strike down the haydurs over. If Cuntal did indeed already get flagged for self-harm, she's likely to lose her monetization as a result (if she hasn't already).
