Nah...don't do it. There is no need, and there's no point to it. So far he hasn't did anything that's legally wrong. All of his "doxx" are public information. All of the harassment and faggotry like the comments and such are not done by him, directly.
Besides, because of his scale of operation and his followers, any actions from Cover and the girl will only backfire and made things worse

The only thing Cover can do is stepping up the moderation during chats and making sure the girls are covering up their previous tracks more than before. It sucks, but that's the only thing they can't do for now

Vtubing is still very much a niche hobby. You would be at risk for market saturation. And at that point, you would damage the talent's ability to generate revenue due to a smaller pool of people to get income from. While it would be fine to expand out international markets at this point, I think expanding the JP talent should be approached much more carefully.

Yea, that's what happened. But there doesn't appear to be a clear call what the superchats actually included. Initial reports were someone said "You were a better streamer when you had a smaller audience", but that seems to be contested by others. No real clear call either way.

Could just be a defence mechanism from her time in Australia that stuck. Seen exchange students that have no problems with the language go full "sowwie, mi no engrish god" whenever they couldn't answer a question in class. So confusion -> blame language.

If these behavior continues and it got worse, someone should create a Lolcow thread of these people. I don't know what their intention is, but the result is negative for the talents. Also, it seems that they "confirmed" Iofi, Risu and Moona's roommates. Anya is still in the dark, so nice job for her.

I joined their "super secret server" and other than Hololive dox channels this server also got Nijisanji, VShojo and Indies channels, although the infos there are pretty limited. Other than that, they got autistic language-specific generals.

EDIT: Someone posted a possible dox of POKA in his replies. Trying to ask the person about the dox.

The thought process I had was if this is legit, since they're head hunting they might be trying to secure another Ina/Calli/Kiara who is capable of working with the JP homebase first, then fill in the rest after they've secured that talent.

I definitely won't tell you that the information provided is legitimate, since I find it unlikely myself, but wouldn't that be exactly because of Amelia and Gura? I mean, both of them not being able to speak Japanese limited their collab possibilities by a whole lot, so that could be the reason they would go in that direction on the new generation.

Not gonna happen imo. Moona said that even though everyone working on different kensetsu, their still friends. If there's war then there some spark between member in kensetsu (The war is kind of joke for them). Subaru also want to recruit Moona but the chance are too little since Moona very loyal to usaken. And mostly all of member in holo server using all kensetsu invention so yeah, we shall observe it.

When she gets the "satan asshole" question she hides it shortly after, even though she claims not to know what it means. One might assume she saw chat's reaction to it, except chat was almost entirely in English. Thus she either reads English much faster than she claims, or she actually knew what it meant and was pretending. Similarly with the "meaning of life" question she reacts almost as soon as she reads it, so she's clearly heard the phrase before.

Could be trying to expand their market in the "music" direction. They might feel the anime community is basically saturated, which would make sense for them. Seems redundant imo, since they could just give Gura or the others formal voice training. Nonetheless it could also be a case of management asking "we want to recruit new talent to expand our market share, how should we do this?"
