Y'see, this is Quinton's greatest charm as a cow IMO, his complete lack of self-awareness. He'll make an epic tough guy on the internet post acting like he can even lift his foot high enough to kick someone's ass, a post unironically trying to compare politics to Star Wars and then another completely serious post arguing about how Animaniacs should have LGBT characters within the span of two hours.

When you look at Quinton Reviews' history, it is apparent he's a very lonely person.
He is always trying to get in what he sees as the popular crowd. Rather it is the Skeptics or Breadtubers, and he always tries to come off as if he's better than everyone, but here's the problem, he utterly lacks self-confidence and is desperate for validation from others.

You can see this when he was trying so hard to get together with Lindsay, even though she a married woman, and when he was rejected, it was enough to tear him down to the point he begged others to say nice things to him.

He doesn't seem to have any friends due to him constantly alienating everybody around him, considering he was like this even in grade 5. It's clear he was always a lonely person, and it only got worse when he got into social media.
