You think Robinhood has a corporate lawyer who works solely for them or a law firm on retainer? If they've just got a retainer, the real big-brain move would be to start calling as many law firms in the US as you can and ask about possible representation to cause a conflict of interest and leave Robinhood without representation.

Attempting to deprive someone of representation by consulting with every lawyer possible can have sever consequences in court. Can't find the article right now but I remember some guy doing that ten-eleven years ago with his divorce and getting fucked hard by the judge.
