It's hard to say, I strongly doubt she moved just this year so I think it was Covid that was the direct cause of this. In which case it could as simple as gathering size restrictions., it's hard to glean anything from this.

Yes and no. I think she is in Texas, but I disagree with the purity of that drawl. That isn't the Texas drawl as I've heard it, and I've been fortunately (my fucking God kill me) been able to live and work with a lot of Texans over the years (West, and South). It's the impression of one.

But that accent, I pinged that right away as NE, specifically Southern NYC or a light BA. That's my blood. People graft a bit onto the locality over time, but there are ticks that don't go away. The biggest, for me at least, is the 'n' at the end of a sentence, the 'ays' as 'AEES', and the uptick on endings of words. It is just too familiar.

In the past she mentioned that when she was lonely she would vent by do nothing but sing edgy vocaloid songs. I feel like this was a sample of that time before Hololive.
