You know what really gets me about all this? I'm getting old, I only have a few years left to act like an idiot and enjoy what's left of my youth and now I can't do that and have to huddle in my apartment and wear a mask because of some selfish paranoid fucks and their idiot media enablers.

Also, is this article late? I know they were pushing that we keep to keep restrictions even after the vaccine, but now they're saying that you can still spread COVID after the vaccine? So what the fuck is the point of the vaccine then? I mean, besides just for show.

Best case scenario for the 'vaccines'. They provide short term immunity from transmission and long term T-cell resistance so that when you do contract the coof (and you will) you might not get as sick.

Most likely it affords some short term immunity but does 3 parts of fuck all otherwise.

Worse case it has long term side effects on those who get the needle because we've never before in human history rushed through barely researched vaccines using novel technology to manipulate our immune systems.

TLDR the virus is here to stay and will continue to circulate unchecked, vaccines, lockdowns and masks be damned.

They will either decide to ignore it and get people back to work or ramp up the doom sperging should things get sketchy economically and they need to keep a lock on the population. So Covid-22 here we come.

I feel bad for all the parents who have kids under 10 cause they can't win, they can't get an appointment for vaccinations and also get called anti-vaxxers by the mob.

Though this bears the question, with the rise of illegals and being unable to have vaccinations, will we see a sudden and sharp rise everywhere of diseases that are easily preventable? I can easily see various forms of government claiming the anti-vaxxer movement is growing (especially with the hesitancy of the various covid vaccines that are available and may be causing issues).

Humans aren't meant to live in a bubble. It's impossible. I've known several people that have given themselves a staf infection by overusing hand sanitizer and there is a link (or used to be) that showed that children who were introduced to being outside and dirt were generally healthier compared to children of the same age that spent a majority of the time indoors.

When you read the article they will explain that viral infections causing neurological symptoms is an old story. Now I'm no scientist or medical doctor but if Corona was causing damage to a billion fucking brains we would have the empirical evidence by now.

The only "neurological symptoms" are either old people performing badly on neuro tests because they are senile, or mild delirium/dizziness/disorientation that can occur in anyone who has a high fever or is dehydrated (maybe low blood oxygen in the olds/fats as well, and anyone surviving after being sedated on a ventilator isn't going to have all their marbles right away). The brain worm stuff is more fucking grade A bollocks. I know it seems like the collective IQ of the world has plummeted in the last year but it isn't because Covid rots your brain.
