We still have appeals, man. And even then, think of the positions and reputations of the involved parties now compared to the start of this shit.

I fully expect Vic to lose on appeals,everyone is bending over backwards for metoo cancel culture & scared to do anything against it. I think evidence of T.I & defamtion is def. For a quickie on this, he lost his case against the Sun in the UK cause believe all vaginas, but currently he has an ongoing case right now in the states and apparently heard is sperging all over the place. Don't remember the full details.

I'm expecting a worst-case scenario as well, but IIRC, Depp lost his suit because it was in a British court and they're even more woke and have even less protections than American courts do. He's got a suit in the American courts but I don't know how that's going. I'm not hopeful at all.

But Johnny Depp is a much higher-profile person than Vic is and so the MSM have more interest in cancelling him.

I think if it come back on either Ron or Monica it would be Monica that throws Ron under the bus, which would be the best case scenario for Vic because if Monica does that everything points to Ron going scorched earth in retaliation for her daring to oppose him.

The lawsuit against a British newspaper that libeled him was lost and now he's appealing the case. The US case hasn't gone to court yet as far as I know. Though I heard rumors that he got back his Jack Sparrow role and Tim Burton is willing to hire Depp for any of the movies he does so his career isn't exactly DOA.

There are calls to boycott any and all movies Heard gets roles in and so she might get blacklisted if that protest actually happens.
