A pervert flasher has been arrested after asking a teenage victim to rate his tackle on a scale of 1 - 10 before handing her cash.

Businessman Taro Yakabe was arrested by copsafter he pulled down his underwear in front of a 17-year-old high school girl and asked her to review his genitals.

The incident took place in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, in Japan, with the accused reportedly then handing his victim ¥3,000 following his explicit performance - which is equivalent to approximately £20.

Reports say the 52-year-old approached his victim outside Shioiri Station in Yokosuka at around 9:30pm on November 23 and gave the false pretence of asking her if she wanted to take part in a survey for which she would be paid.

Japan Today reports: "the girl went with him to a nearby car parking lot where he dropped his pants.

"Yakabe then asked the girl how she would rate him on a scale of one to 10, and gave her 3,000 yen and left.

"The girl reported the incident to a koban near the station."

It is stated that Yakabe - who is the manager of Hitachi Ltd’s planning division - had performed the same stunt to another victim 30 minutes earlier.

The earlier victim, reported to be in her 20s, was given ¥5,000 (approximately £35) by the accused man.

Police were able to track Yakabe down thanks to CCTV on the streets - and by matching him to the description provided by his teenage victim.

He has since been arrested for his alleged crimes.

However, he has denied the charges brought against him – while also claiming he was drunk and has “no recollection” of either incident.

Tokyo Reporter quotes Yakabe telling officers at Yokosuka Police Station while denying the allegations: "I remember calling out to the girl, but I have no memory [of the incident] after that."

While the teen victim claimed he said to her: "I want you to help me with a survey", exposed himself, handed her 3,000 yen in cash, and then proclaimed: "With 10 being best, what score do you give me?"

Yakabe now stands to lose his job following the incident.

A spokesperson for Hitachi was quoted stating: "It is unfortunate that an employee was arrested. If [the allegations] are true, we will handle [the matter] strictly."

Feel like the dude played Yakuza 2 and wanted to recreate the flasher substory to see if a Yakuza guy would come stop him....or he watched too much anime.

Following someone you don't know into a car park because they wanted to show you something is really just asking for trouble.

Thankfully, the trouble wasn't that bad compared to what could of happened. They got lucky it was some old fool who gave money just to have his cock reviewed of all things.
