General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

It looks like Cover is actively looking into creating games (Probably Hololive centric). And since they've already made a VR game in the past it wouldn't surprise me if they end up going that route. Though sadly looking at the screenshot it might be more along the lines of Genshin Impact and less Spice & Wolf VR. Granted the screenshot might just be fluff they had lying around.
From what I gleaned when I read Yagoo's article back when he first published it, it's not really a "game" of sorts but more a virtual space where you can create an avatar(?) and interact with the talents in said space. So, it at least won't be a full-fledged game like Genshin Impact. Yagoo mentions attending virtual concerts and events and playing minigames with the talents as a start. It may evolve past that, however.

Watched Hoshikawa's 3D debut highlights. Hololive really needs to.. polish their 3D game.
I remember it being hard not to look at Polka's right arm in her birthday stream. And that blatant issue with grabbing items since forever.
something something $17M from Sony etc. etc.

That kind of money can and will make a difference in quality of things such as 3D models, that's just fact. Cover doesn't have a massive corporate backing. Regardless of tech, Ichikara kinda needed it since they have, what, a couple hundred streamers under their umbrella? That's a lot of salaries, on top of everyone who isn't in front of a camera (metaphorically).

It's an old Japanese meme that originates from this.
I don’t just mean the meme. She does it in her intro and other places. That was just the easiest one to put here.
I just like that she seems to enjoy playing with moving her model around the screen and messing with it. So many of the others try to stay realistic and she’s just out there messing with it.

I guess I'm really oversimplifying this but it feels like their problems could be solved by calibrating their 3d markers' positioning and giving them some styrofoam shapes. Like in Botan's 3D debut with weapons.
Which might be silly to assume they wouldn't do if they could.
A bit frustrating is all.

At least you wouldn't have your ear drums blown out. Had several casualties here.

In other news, Kiara hates Comic Sans. I’m disappointed. She probably pronounces ‘gif’ wrong, too.

Was about to ask what this is about and who is this, but I went to search up that name and got an /cgl/ anti copypasta from the /hlgg/ thread and now I realize who and what that is about.

Should I put in the private tagged this too or no?

I love how they keep swaping crimes around, last time I saw the copy pasta Ina was the one with the armpit vids while Ame was the sjw traitor.

Fun fact: she always avoided the question of how that process work, she say she is a breeding machine (and the dragon part is just cosplay if you ask me) so several simps throwed shekels asking it again and again and she just pretended not to read them
That's what bothered me too. If she's a robot, how does she give birth? She'd need biological parts for that which would technically make her a cyborg. The dragon part just seems unnecessary too. Other than the wings and tail, the dragon element is not visible at all.
