Oh no! Louis deleted his Twitter account! What's the reason this time?

I'm not going to argue with whether poor people deserve some luxuries because, honestly, it doesn't apply to Lou. He's not temporarily lacking money because he got laid off from a job or had an unexpected large medical bill or something. He's permanently poor BY CHOICE. He could simply choose to not be poor. Like by, you know, getting a fucking job since diabetes is not a disability.

Before I get too MATI, I'll also comment that a person can get perfectly functional things at places like thrift stores. Is it the latest and greatest tech? No. But will it more than satisfy his "need" to have a TV while not costing a lot of money? Yes. If he truly cared about using his OPM wisely, he would do something like that.

OPM: other people's money. Something that should be appreciated and valued as such and not taken for granted.

Louie is Greek now? Or is he referring to the origin of his furfag name? I don't see why he's so ashamed of his Italian heritage. What's he got against being a Wop?
Cause Italians are fags. Though, if he calls himself Greek I only have this to say: It's not your raging Greek blood, you're just an abuser.
I have a flat screen TV that I've had for 9 years, there's no reason that he should be needing to replace a barely one year old TV.

Hell the sound issue could be something as simple as the HDMI cable needing to be replaced if he uses his consoles to watch TV.
Undeniably it's likely just a crappy cable. I've had issues with hardware that so often ended up being a shitty cable that it's not even funny, it's just shitty QA.

If he actually had a job I'm sure he'd lose weight almost immediately, and at least lessen the symtoms of his beetus, but, who the fuck would hire a whiny tranny with no expierences whatsoever. I doubt even Walmart would bother trying.

Changes are coming.

Lolcow job potential is one of my favorite discussions. For Walmart I think that he would have a good shot at getting hired because he's so blatantly deficient that he'll get a greeter position. Nice thing about Walmart is he can sit in a rascal and greet people so the beetus foot isn't as much of an issue.

Now, Lou keeping that job is a whole different ball game. I promise you he would fake sick to get out of going all the time, when he did go he'd try to leave early, and when he didn't do that I can't imagine Lou greeting anyone. All Walmart would want to do with him is just sit his ass out in front to show off they're nice to speds, but Lou would probably fuck that up.

The only thing I could think of is letting him be a receipt checker. It would be the first tiny bit of real power Lou would ever have, and that might be just enough to get him to show up. He'd be a nightmare, people would steal shit as much as they always do, and he'd bother people left and right about whatever. It'd be a bad decision on Walmarts part, but when the only thing the job requires is that you show up that might be it. And by 'might be it' I mean there's a .01% chance of it working.

I've had four TVs that were mine (not a shared family TV) since I got my first one about 25 years ago in high school. That first one was a heavy as sin CRT console TV from the mid-80s that was a hand-me-down from when an elderly family member passed away. Then I got an early flat screen that was a massive rear projection job that was also a hand-me-down when my parents got their first HD TV. That monster died about 10 years ago and I bought my first brand new TV, and that's the one I've been using ever since I bought it, and I still have it because I take care of my things. I upgraded to a 4k TV in November in anticipation of the Xbox Series X releasing. And that was because I spent a year planning for such a large purchase and working a ton of overtime to save money to pay for it so it wouldn't impact my normal household income.

The way Louie sees expensive items like TVs, tablets, and computers as disposable or something you need to replace often is just insanity. This isn't the first time he's "hinted" at getting a new TV. Its like he thinks there's an expiration date on iPads and televisions. It honestly would not surprise me if many of these purchases are to replace something that's broken, because I honestly doubt Louie takes care of his toys. It's probably something that's been happening since he was a child. Louie gets new shiny toy, toy gets broken due to Louie's carelessness or flying into a retard fit, Louie stamps his feet and cries because his toy is broken, Mama Gags buys him another toy to replace it so he will shut up. Only now Louie is an adult and Mama Gags has her grandson to worry about. How many tablets do you think Louie has broken because he fell asleep while playing on it/watching videos/listening to something and rolled his 500lb body on it in his sleep?

Fucker was given an option to at least try to get a job at being a typewriter basically and he rejected that. Shits probably one of the easiest jobs out there with very relaxed and chill managements who know that the job is nothing to be anal about.

At this point its not a wrong bet to say this fucker is going to rot in his own bedroom, leg first.

When I am saying too poor for nice things I am not talking struggling to get by poor. I am talking zero income poor. He is not. But if one was to believe him about his living situation, that he must provide food for himself and his family, has no income with which to do this and receives as little as he says he literally cannot afford it. There's deserving and there's getting. He (or whoever) may deserve nice things but if the only way to get it is literally starving for a tablet let alone a third one is just... No. That is not deserving nice things, that is being a dumbass.

Heh, especially since he says he is responsible for feeding his family. By buying tvs and ipads, he is taking food out of his nephew's mouth.

Yeah, his recent Tweets about putting all the money he's saved for "food and needs" to feed himself and his family towards a new TV because "the sound might be going out" shoot his claims that he's responsible for feeding his household all to shit. If he were being honest about being responsible for feeding everyone in Casa de Gagliardi then the food would be a priority over a new TV. I mean, could you imagine how everyone would react if he was telling the truth? "Sorry everyone, I didn't buy food because I think the sound might be going out on my TV, so I bought a new one."

i'm gonna be real, older tvs are honestly better than newer smart tvs imo. i say this because i got gifted a new samsung smart tv that has shittier sound and visual quality than the flatscreen i used to have that's probably 5 or so years old. the only reason i made the switch is being too nice to not use it, even though it's an active downgrade.
lou, just go to fucking goodwill and get a tv there. for fuck's sake. you'd even be debatably better off for it.

To be fair to him, I get why he didn't take that job. It demands greater knowledge and command of English than Lou has ever had.

Are those legit, real job positions in 'Murrica? At least tell me they exist solely to take advantage of tax cuts for employing disabled people.

Part of it might be a tax thing, part of it is marketing. Walmart got a bad rep for annihilating a metric fuckton of small businesses and ruining small towns, so they prop the elderly and tards up to say, "See, we're not evil."

Lou would fit right in.

It was originally instituted as an anti-shoplifting measure at one store in Louisiana back in the early '80s, but Big Daddy Walton caught wind of the idea, liked it, and decided to implement it company-wide, from whence it evolved into its current state as a means of helping old people and slow-in-the-minds contribute to society. I'm sure the tax benefits and good publicity weren't far from his mind, of course.

If Lou was really smart he would double down on his bipolar disorder that I'm 99% sure he doesn't have. True blue bipolar that is unmedicated, if on the high end of the spectrum, is hell on earth. It is definitely a disability they'll give you SSI for. The flip side is of course you have to be getting treatment for it for them to give it to you since you need documentation from a doctor and the process of getting on meds can also be hellish.

The best part for him? Some of the meds will cause you to gain weight. I know people tend to think that its an excuse people are using, but there's certain "go to" bipolar meds that give you this weird sense that you NEED to be eating and denying the constant urge is almost impossible even for well disciplined people. He could use that as a further excuse why he needs to eat tons of shit that is bad for diabetes. Its just win-win for him.

Of course, he doesn't have bipolar disorder and whatever psych diagnosed him with it was throughly mistaken.

EDIT TO ADD: If he really double downed on it too he could use it to grift and shit as well. Just spin a story about how hard it is getting in with a doctor, how the doctor doesn't understand him etc. Mental illness is pretty trendy these days too isn't it?

Lou will never have a job. Not because he is incapable, but because any job he could get he sees as beneath him. It reminds me of Sapphire CC/Yarrow Brown talking about having a job during college when she had to do grunt work and *gasp* the people she reported to dared to have less education than her. He really thinks he is way too good to take any job. Which makes it all the more sad when people donate to him. Lou thinks he is better than you and your peon job. But please, continue to give him money, he desperately needs a 14th tablet.

Me when people in the wild instantly call out Louis's obvious lies:

This is why it's so weird to be a farmer. I follow these threads and it's so obvious to me that these people are frauds and liars, but it's so rare for anyone else on the internet to be so autistically tapped in to one person that they just don't put the pattern together. Which makes it so funny that Lou has been managed to be SO transparent that anyone looking out at Pittsburgh from the window of a plane could see that he's a scammer.
