Knowing Iran's feelings towards America, I have no reason to believe they're lying. If anything, people are going to learn that "mutually assured destruction" only works as a deterrent if you're dealing with people who care about the "mutually" part instead of the "assured destruction" part. Iran is firmly the latter.

Psaki is the kind of woman you see in liberal stuff all the time. At one point they were cute and used it to settle and snag some guy who very likely won't cheat because he's a soyboy, and if you've seen Psaki's husband he's lucky he got her. So because she settled she has a long lead to lose before worrying about taking care of herself. She then lets her politics warp her and it's very much like Roald Dahl's The Twits image that gets passed around a lot, it starts to hollow the person out because they have nothing left to offer. Kayleigh Macanany has a wonky nose but she still has a look about her and an aura that you liked. Even Sarah Sanders had a feeling she was content being the husky mom who was tired of the press corps children. Psaki is just this hollow woman clinging to a chance for more power but you see in the press briefings she has nothing to offer.
The go-to great example is Kristi Noem vs. Gretchen Whitmer. Noem is still hot and looks like she has a purpose beyond politics, like she might actually still love her husband. In one of the election threads or the corona virus thread there was a photo from Whitmer in high school. She looked cute (and apparently liked to take it up the ass), but you can see how the politics and the thirst for power makes her deform internally to where she becomes Caitlyn Jenner jr and she wants quarantine rules broken for her husband during the summer just so he can leave her alone.
