There are some TTRPGs that do have sex as the central element; most of these are utterly fucked up and will murder your faith in humanity. I take no responsibility for any mental scarring if your autism forces you to look these up.

Black Tokyo is a fanmade D&D 3.5e module set within Tokyo. Every hentai stereotype and fetish is there, but it leans heavily to the BDSM and tentacle rape side.

FATAL (Fantasy Adventure To Adult Lechery) is an overly complex and absolutely horrifying RPG that includes every fetish under the sun. Up to and including pedophilia.

FAPP is the furry version of FATAL that is somehow even more degenerate than the original. And I'm certain Labelle used it as inspiration for the Candycore comics.

As a personal aside, anyone who plays any of these should be lynched on the spot.

The magic system is also so fucked it's possible to miscast a spell and accidentally blow up the entire world. Which would probably be for the best.

Let's be completely honest, there's literally only one reason why FAPP is more degenerate than FATAL and that's because FATAL has a fucking quadratic chart for anything. FATAL can literally be used to teach algebra to the most degenerate of sexual deviants, and thus is more useful to society than FAPP. Of course, if you're using FATAL in this way you must have an incredibly interesting/stupid few twists of fate in your life.

Yes, we can tell from the way these courts rule that fags and troons are just so discriminated against. They do realize if/when society collapses their masticated amholes will make them a liability, but let's not think past the next five minutes so we're not considered bigoted. Added bonus of a comic that is far too long winded to be funny and drags the joke into a back alley and murders it long before the punchline.
