No one who's had an account before 2019 enjoyed the company of APC's autism, why anyone would defend him other than to spite staff is beyond me. I've really also noticed a lot of "Unban X" threads and really think there should be a rule against that, if only because it attracts the absolute worst from the most recent A&H posters.

When I occasionally saw his anti-trump trolling it came off to me as retarded and spergy even though I hate Trump for the same reasons as he did.

But I liked his posts outside of A&N, they were informative and added to the threads he posted in. So as far as I am concerned he could shit up the entirety of A&N, Happenings and Deep Thoughts and would still be a net positive to my experience using the site.

Though I think he sometimes got caught up a little bit much in the moment, I think people should generally regard the A&N&H boards as places for idiots to shout at each other like a pickup football game between teenagers. I'd like to think I'm an insufferable cunt on those boards, but once you hop off of 'em, I'm a milquetoast fucko. So I wouldn't gauge a person too-too much by how they post in those shitholes, unless they also post like that everywhere else (or only post there)
