Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

I do feel bad, if her Grandma has stopped eating and drinking and is reliving past events, it doesn’t sound like she’ll be here much longer.
That being said, listening to the news being delivered in the meek voice with that horrible tattoo front and center was classic Chantal.

Sounds like Chin's grandma is checking out unfortunately. I wonder if she timed this video right after Yaba's live ended. (jk, I know she did)
Also, she keeps complaining about everything, the idiot can't even realize how lucky she is. 36 and just now experiencing death in the family for the first time? DAMN.

It's not uncommon for people her age to lose not just a grandparent but a parent as well. Chantal is really out of touch with reality and her world is very small.

Chantal is full of shit, because she always is. Remember Rule #1?

Since she cannot use a personal medical emergency to deflect from the current evisceration she is experiencing--because we all called it, and are awaiting it--then haul out good ol' gran as a scapegoat. This was a dishonest, sick, bullshit video trolling for sympathy, and the tells are so overt here, I am beyond stunned.

No tears. Fake catch in the throat. Big sighs. Zero eye contact. Convenient appointment with her "therapist" (LOL) tomorrow, of all days, even though fake therapist was created for her intuitive gorging. And saying gran is in palliative care, but later saying she is in the rehab facility of the hospital. Which one is it, bitch? Palliative care means a one-way dance to oblivion.

Did I mention no tears? Not a single one? For someone sighing and musing about how much she can't handle her grandma dying?

What a fucking mental case. What an asshole. What a fat, ugly, crazy, psychotic fuck.

ETA: Unless I am wrong, we will either get no further updates, or a miracle bounce-back. I hope I am wrong. Oh, and edited for pronouns, because Chantal is more of an "it" than ever before.

It's good her grandmother is moving into palliative care. Even if Chantal wasn't too fucking fat, lazy, and clueless to be of any help to her mother, it sounds like things would be beyond their ability to manage. And it's much worse when you're family, due to the emotions that come up. Her mom's made an honest effort, but this is just too goddamned hard. And Chantal is no fucking help whatsoever, and probably of no comfort. So as shit as the situation is, sending her to palliative care sounds like the best decision.

Chantal is lucky that she hasn't yet had to deal with death in her 36 years on this planet--most of us have lost at least one grandparent by that age. But she also hasn't had close friends who have suffered those kinds of losses, so I don't think she's ever had cause to think about what it would mean when her time to face death came.

She isn't even remotely prepared for what's about to happen. She still thinks there's a chance her grandma will "get better," and thinks "palliative rehab" in this case is rehab--not hospice care. Part of that is because she's dumb and clueless, but a huge part of that is also denial, and shit's going to get ugly when reality finally breaks through.

I'd feel bad for her if she didn't feel she had to take to YouTube to share all the details of her grandmother's condition, and talk about how traumatic and hard it all is for her. She said she was going to stay off YouTube until tomorrow, but she has nobody to talk to, and nobody willing to validate her, except an audience of strangers on the internet, most of whom are there to watch her eat herself to death.

Poor Grandma. Do they have assisted dying for terminal patients in Canada? For somebody in a lot of pain, who knows they are ready to go, it can be a tremendous gift.

I'M NOT ON A DIET! I am archiving before it gets dirty deleted.

Grams only exists in relation to Chinny. It really IS all about how it affects her. I'm sorry grandma had to live 36 years with Chins as a granddaughter.
No matter what's happening it's gotta be Chinny's fat ugly face yapping into the camera.
Sick fuck.

So is grandma getting palliative care or hospice care? There's a difference between the two. Palliative care is when the patient has a long term illness that is ultimately untreatable. The symptoms of the illness are treated as much as possible because any curative treatments have become moot. Hospice is similar, however you have to be diagnosed as having less than 6 months to live. Both focus on making the patient as comfortable as possible.

Most hospitals here have a palliative care unit or floor. As she's mentioned both the hospital and palliative care I'm going to assume that's where she is.

Chins going on about how stressful it was to call an ambulance and send grandma off to the hospital in it like she was actually there and it wasn't her mother dealing with it alone 🙄.

Assisted suicide is legal in Ontario but zero clue on what you need to do to qualify (terrible word choice). But there's the "do not rescucitate" order, nurses and doctors will do what it takes to keep the patient out of pain but won't actively try to save their life if they go into cardiac arrest or something like that.

Likely she's going into a palliative care hospital or palliative care wing of the hospital and that basically means she's not long for the world.

Chantal called it "palliative rehab," so my best guess is that she's going into palliative care for now to see if they can get her O2 sat up, but will be moving along into hospice very shortly.

Losing the will to live, refusing to eat or drink, having difficulty swallowing, and a sudden preoccupation with past events are all very common in dying people. Granted, that could be the effects of treatable hypoxia, but that she's in a lot of pain suggests to me that continued palliative care isn't going to be the most compassionate option.
