so the sheriff shows up when a camera crew is there? Please, the tranch called on themselves hoping to be able to show how harassed and abused they are by the locals on film.

I don't know if Penny DFE, but Bonnie definitely did.Wasn't Pennywise the one who was deleting Twitter pics of the overcrowded living conditions? He can deflect all he wants but the evidence is there.
I agree, they aren't malicious, just plain retarded. The state they admittedly keep their animals in ("lol, our chickens lay frozen eggs" and "look at this tiny shack we keep 200 alpacas in. What do you mean they need to lie down?") is just plain sad. I don't know what the laws are, but I don't think their breathtaking incompetence would be enough to get into a lot of trouble.I think IF someone actually came by, it's more likely that they simply told the tranchers to shape up and improve the living conditions of the animals. You have to pull a lot worse to have animals immediately taken away .
I don't think there's anywhere for those alpacas to go, so any inspector would probably give them months maybe years to improve their barns and what not.

You have to pull a lot worse to have animals immediately taken away . That doesn't mean the tranchers arent neglectful assholes that are giving those animals mediocre lives, as they keep showing on twatter.Anyway, the tranch doesn't abuse their animals, they neglect them. Which I suppose is a form of abuse but more passively and is less evident off of a surface-level investigation.
Very true. But now that they've got the ire of the county from their "everyone here is a bigot fascist racist meanie butt" article, and the occasional twitter follower timidly speaking up with objections to the ranch's lackluster standards of care, it could be coming from anywhere at this point.Tbh I can believe that a kiwi was the one who called because that sort of stuff still happens despite the rules, like how in the yandere dev thread you had one guy openly admitting he broke into alex's email account and vandalized the yandere sim reddit.
I like this theory. Unfortunately anyone who cuts off their own dick doesn't have enough forethought for such a ruse. This is of course, assuming they didn't call him themselves as a PR stunt for this news story.
Late, but my favorite part is that the tweezers are still sealed in their packaging. The tweezers next to the bed horrify me. You know he's just plucking pubes and wiping them on the bed. Maybe it's even a community one.
Maybe they are just that interesting to a tiny town that doesn't get this exact kind of exceptional individuals setting up camp nearby, and they want every opportunity to show off how diverse and progressive their little community is becoming. idkI have a hunch it's no coincidence that both the sheriff and the local press showed up at the same time in some sort of coordinated "gotcha" attempt from the local citizenry (an effort I would admire if that's the case.) I don't understand why else more local news would want to come interview the ranch when they've already gotten quite enough coverage. What more can they say besides "bigots grr trans we're trans we have guns we'll snipe ya trumpers"? They're boring, and so are the fluff pieces.
Never watched these before but why is he misgendering the animals? How does he know what gender they identify as?Sheesh, that looks like the sort of garage you buy flat-packed at CostCo

It's probably a lie or the cops are lazy. I need to know which county is this.View attachment 1892278
interesting. not sure what type of inspector would look at those animals living conditions and give a thumbs up.

Most likely what happened is that the posts on instagram shining light on Kevin’s antics brought people here when they looked up his name. Then they read through all the tranch posts and realised, yes, they are neglecting/abusing their animals. Maybe soon we’ll hear about one less trancher on the farmNo fucking way.
I wanted to rate @Old Fart optimistic for suggesting they'd clean up but maybe they did... somehow...
Probably threw a rainbow-colored tarp over the pile of alpaca corpses.
I'm more inclined to believe the military arsenal on the walls and the clearly mentally ill men in dresses surely wielding some of those guns at the moment made the sheriff go "nope I want to live to see my wife and kids tonight, fuck this"
Or, fuck it, maybe the animals are fine and the troons just have a penchant for making things look worse than they really are, even accidentally, on their own social media. As they do.

I'm 99.9% sure we weren't involved in contacting authorities, but whatever it takes for the tranch to step up their animal-care game works for me. I can think of worse things to be accused of than being concerned for the safety of animals.
I can absolutely see that a cop just stopping by would just care about the animals not being either extremely filthy or obviously ill/wounded.interesting. not sure what type of inspector would look at those animals living conditions and give a thumbs up.
Going by this show, it's somewhat normal for a homestead to fail.I can absolutely see that a cop just stopping by would just care about the animals not being either extremely filthy or obviously ill/wounded.
Most Kiwis probably take animal welfare or rights much more serious than normies.
I live in a country where only professionals who went to college to it do farm work/breed cattle, but as far as I know, ownage of cows, sheep, fowl etc. is very widespread in rural America.
Do all those private animal holders hold their animals ideally, with enough space and complete satisfaction of their needs? I kind of doubt it.
There are maybe dozens of homesteads in the same county with way worse conditions than the Tranch, and seeing those may be completely normal for the sheriff there.
If some yank tells me I am completely wrong and every trailer that has a chicken coop holds them to the high standards of randos on the internet, I'll accept it, but I think there maybe a disconnect how we want standards to be, and what the actual standards are.
If that ranch has anything, it has predators.Kevin is kind of lucky that they aren't any predators around.
May God have mercy on the women of Colorado. If that ranch has anything, it has predators. the women of Colorado.
No, they went for the commies first.
