It's going to be interesting to see which side the sporting community takes when the female athletes can't even make the top 3 spots anymore. Do you let troons compete against women knowing women stand little chance of winning? or do you exclude troons from sports because there aren't enough of them to make a separate category? Or make them compete against their former sex which would be like dead naming them? No matter what choice they make its gonna be hilarious to watch the backlash..

I don't see how it's so hard for sports. You're genetically a bloke? Well no women's sports for you. There is no human right for being able to compete in sports. You want to gobble down some HRT and have some surgeon mangle your genitals? Great but you don't get to demand entry into women's sports.

Things like cycling are a relatively benign sport for thsi shit, yeah the actual females lose but they don't die. The problem is activists have made it so that the standard for dealing with people that claim they're trans is to "affirm" their identity. They're taught that anything less than affirming their identity and starting their transition will lead them to 41%. That's what I learned from the book posted below anyway.

There is no denying Jim doesn't like games anymore, that is a fact. He barely gives coverage to anything new and there is still plenty to be passionate about if you look outside of what's heavily advertised, nowadays it's mostly endless rants about triple A and capitalism and of course now it'll be troonery too.
It's a shame, I've been following him since his destructoid days, one thing I liked was his coverage of the Silent Hill series, he mentioned he was into psychological horror and dove deep into the weirdness of Konami before many could catch there was something wrong with that company. Now the franchise is dead but a couple of days ago Medium, a sort of spiritual successor came yet Jim is not talking about it? Also I don't remember if he was into Resident Evil but I would have imagined he would simp for the Giant woman.

And yet we get... Nothing, heck I remember he had a podcast about games yet there doesn't seem to be much of a trace anymore? It stopped updating in the middle of 2020 and it was one of the few instances where you would hear him talk about gaming news.
