Not happening unless Biden wants to completely nuke the Democratic party by reintroducing the draft. Most of the combat roles are filled with people that overwhelmingly tend to be white and Republican. The military in general is struggling to get new recruits.

And the worst part: the military completely destroys any sense of fighting back and calling bullshit in boot camp and basic training, so you got a bunch of complacent killing machines instead of people, conditioned to terminate those the superiors deem undesirables and enemies by any means necessary. Honestly, I'm more surprised the left isn't taking this opportunity to go into the armed forces and take these skills to Minecraft once they leave, if they can hold off the urge and their hatred to go after the MAGA crowd for that long.
I think it's more to destroy the concept of "nuclear family" and replace it with "it takes a village to raise a child" which is something more akin to pre colonial sub-Saharan Africa or a left wing hippie commune.

Eh. The military really doesn't do the brainwashing thing. Everyone is secretly a cynic, and only the dumbest of dudes buy into any of it (and Marines). The only deep conditioning is staying off the grass.
What the military does do is teach pain compliance. It doesn't care what you think, only what you do. It will happily make everyone swear they love sucking tranny cocks every morning, while knowing that no one means a word of it.
What these struggle sessions will do is make dudes afraid to admit to each other that they think shit is gay, because they could be denounced by anyone at any time. This culture of fear will be horrible for a lot of reasons, but the big one is people will be afraid to say "you're fucked up" when someone is fucked up.
Fortunately, almost nobody really learns any dangerous practical skills in the military.
