While others only used Vtubers as a medium for entertainment, a tool to hide their identity/face, or even something akin to a fursona, Haato took it to the next level. For her, being Vtubers is like a medium for performance art. Making a lore out of your character and staying consistent on it is one thing, but to play two different characters at once with lore, twist, arcs, and consistency is way above anyone's league. I'm not joking if I say she might be one of the smartest and the most creative talent Cover has with these stunts she pulled, perhaps even one of the best out of all Vtubers in general on that department.

Pekora's also up there I think. Like damn, she really stuck with the "peko" thing man. If I were in her shoes I would've dropped it a few months after the debut but here she is, making it part of her identity.

It's been for a while. Excluding the countless rants here, every piece of information i have on Artemis is just "gay Vtuber". A stream of hers named something like "escaping lesbian jail with my wife" passed by, and if you look at Kiara's response to the shark's apologies, most of the response are along the line of "gay Vtubers help each other". More than a meme, it's a trademark.

(Mentionning the "Gay Vtubers" thing, i'm still amused she's seen as the resident lesbian despite having only dated guys, as far as we know)

What an apt summary! Calli is a rapper, Kiara is an idol, Artemis is gay. Coco pushes the envelope, Marine is a mangaka, Artemis is gay. Nyanners is a memer, Froot designs other VTubers, Artemis is gay. That's her (his) whole life story, the cumulation of however many weeks and months of supposed toil and effort. Artemis is a supposed female attracted to other females and that is the sum of her existence, the envelope within which her entire life can be placed.

His entire identity and brand are built on a lie and a pitch-shift. It's an open secret at this point, with both detractors and defenders being aware of it. The latter because "her" singing and expressiveness are absolutely atrocious by normal girl standards.

If we are using what JP blogs push out as well as Yagoo initial interview about Gen I of a high schooler currently living in Australia then Haachama check out as one of the young member of Hololive. The youngest one being Shion which mean that Shion’s “kusogaki” meme is not just a meme.

I'm not sure I believe Shion is young at all. During Fubuki's stream on their sleep-in, she called both Shion and Marine Babas and Shion's Background is that she is clearly an old adult witch trying to pass herself off as a loli. It seems to be a gag similar to the Marine thing among the talents from those hints I've seen, but it doesn't get clipped as much. On a related note, I saw a little hand-wringing about filipinos being acknowledged a couple pages back and I still can't see how a sudden influx would be worse than the shitheels that are already firmly entrenched in it.
