Sure, the dumb-ass Sonichu medalions are terrible and inconsistent, but the one time Chris actually makes something look reasonably decent, it's of fucking Hitler.

Semi-related: I wonder if I could mod this into Saints Row IV - never did quite finish that game and "Action Hitler," Boss/Furher of the Third Reich Saints, needs something to make it look like he's not just a thin, no sex-appeal jerk wearing a brown police costume.*

I know it is unintentional, and Chris has no idea what he is doing there, but the idea of a Hitlerchu-Medallion really cracks me up.

No. Germany usually bans the display and use of the (nazi-) swastika, other nazi symbols and anything that can glorifies the Third Reich, BUT you are free to use all of those things in a parodic manner.

That he makes fun of Hitler probably hasn't crossed Chris mind by a long shot, but I don't think this thing would be illegal in Germany. Either it would be considered a parody or the judge would say that the person who made it, has obvious mental issues and isn't accountable for his actions.

He didn't have to endlessly say the same thing for three paragraphs. The Hitler medallion's strangely one of the best things I've seen from him and I just don't know exactly what to think.
