She is doing a "fun exercise," starts by stretching unidentifiable muscles.
Notes that she has some ongoing breathing issues. And is also fat. But the bad breathing isn't because of the fat.
Lists off some rock artists she's listening to.
"I shaved my pits for this" This is a special occasion
She's going to do "movement" for one song then "go on the floor and do butt exercises"
This is horrifying. I've never seen someone smuggle cottage cheese under their arms.
Two minutes in and she is already visibly out of breath, wings flapping everywhere. Her arms and face are flushed red.
More horror as she collapses her full weight onto that couch, just narrowly landing on it.
We cut to her getting on the floor to do leg lifts. The carpet is still visibly dirty, but it also looks like someone attempted to vacuum the area Chantal is using.
She uses the couch to climb up and leave us with a horrifying butt shot.

Her tights are covered in holes and cat hair.
More dancing in place. Her fat tomato head is out of frame. We're left to notice how red her extremities are. And the nasty discolorations on her feet. Old wounds? What is going on down there??
Little side steps thrown into the routine. A side shot of her bending over and shaking her butt. She looks into the camera in a way that only says, "please think I'm hot shit."
She collapses again onto the couch, more out of breath than before.
Arm lifts. Why do all fats do this? I guess when your arms are as heavy as dumbbells it's kind of like exercise.
She tells us she's "gonna use the ball now" and the video cuts to her bouncing and moving around on that poor yoga ball. Another exercise that only seems to exist in the fat universe. Raising your arms a couple times and bouncing up and down on a yoga ball for a few minutes is not a workout. But Chinny will see this as a job well done, deserving of a big meal to help nourish all five of her muscles.
There's so much mass, the camera is struggling to stay focused.
Her face is dripping with sweat. She is out of breath again.
She can barely get words out. She did "almost three songs, two and a half songs." So what, ten minutes of movement?
