The only reason this has been able to go forward is that he was impeached (ie, charges brought) while still president. Charges cannot be brought up against non-sitting presidents unless you really try to snap the process in half.

Filibuster isn’t going away. DC and Puerto Rico statehood, along with packing the Supreme Court, are also off the table. Trump’s trial and COVID relief are basically all they can somehow manage to legislate unilaterally on, given that it’s Joe’s turn to have President Random Judge overturn EOs they don’t like.
COVID relief's going to be the bare minimum and as late as possible, don't forget it.
