Anyone who wants to troll cheer Phil (which you should not do) should be asking this question. He said today on Twitter that the bankruptcy was all public, so apparently we're okay with that fact now, he clearly made the microtransactions statement publicly. There should be a clear succinct answer to "In what games are you spending on microtransactions?"

It's not going to enlighten absolute abortions like ThePastryarchy, but it'll likely get Phil good and angry. He knows it is the question that would sink the whole boat, and if there is an honest answer then it should be easy... but there is no possibly way he can respond. We see every game he plays and he hasn't made an in-game purchase in years. He actively rails against the practice, but said it was part of his business expenses in the months before the bankruptcy. It's a simple question that he can't risk answering. And it's better than the 100th "Tevin blacked Kat" troll cheer of the month.

Thinking about it, he really should be running with the SH narrative. He allegedly uses fake credit cards. Come on Phil, it's clear he is behind this. And you aren't above attacking game devs - Scopely is accepting fake credit cards! It's all so clear! You're a whistleblower buddy, go call Scopely out on Twitter for this. Wave that blue checkmark like a hefty penne. It's not like they made you any backroom deals to protect you in any of their games or anything, right?

Kind of weird that Phil went out of his way to mention that NotDSP was spending on the game 'legitimately' when there is really no reason for Phil to assume that. It's almost like he didn't want people floating this idea.

I don't know what way he could answer that to save his ass there. Can't admit he made that bullshit up because that's admitting to perjury. He can't mention the microtransactions because theres video evidence that he's not buying anything of sorts, It's the type of question that puts him in a corner and the only thing he can do is just call you a conspiracy theorist, braindead, moron, troll, etc.

Which brings me to @Sparkletor 2.0 , as a devils advocate, Phil also put that he didn't have a cat, electronics, or collectibles on his form. So he could be clearly lying about the microtransactions for his business expenses.

All in all, it looks fuckin' ugly for him.

Sit back, relax and have a laugh at Phil's expense together with us. Do NOT go back and grovel and apologize to him. Clearly you've seen that he doesn't fucking give a shit about any of you fans and you're all just his walking ATMs and cashslaves in his mind. He doesn't deserve any fans. Go full scorched earth on him if you must and get all your artwork pulled from his prestream so we can see that glorious slide of him jumping like a retard more fequently.

Phil is straight up fucking lying about the WWE Champions shit, it's all clear as day, and his use of the word "circumstantial" to discredit the very real, specific evidence that was uncovered is such pathetic bullshit. The fact that this hypothetical Discord user had a less cropped version of Phil's Twitter profile photo than Phil cannot fucking go away. That's not "circumstantial evidence". That's evidence. And it's all right there in the thread.

It's one of the worst possible lies to adhere to because it doesn't make any fucking sense, and if it were true it would be absolutely painless to prove. But he can't. He can't conjure a person into being, this magical TheyCallMeDSP/DownFromTheRafters that isn't Phil, to ever prove otherwise. He's never even tried to fake it, I suspect because he knows he's too fucking stupid to pull something off like that successfully.

This motherfucker regularly skips watching COD killcams because he insists they're lying about what actually happened in the game and we're supposed to believe he's being honest about this and arguing in good faith about "evidence". Fucking hilarious.

So pathetic. This is what he's resorting 2. Trying to drum up support/drama for tomorrow's streams, and to ensure he hits the tips goal both times. We're supposed to believe he randomly started responding to Champions shit all of a sudden lately, after ignoring it like the plague for the longest time.. It's entertainment for us, but its still pathetic.

Best part about it is that he still wont show his account. He doesn't even have to show the name, just the roster size and point total (or whatever the equivalent in the game is), and there would be no way to find the account, especially if he doesn't play the game anymore. The roster size and point total wouldn't be low since he obviously was playing the game for an extended period of time (which he has admitted to in countless videos), so him just making a new account is out of the question. And the only way (for us) to match up his totals WITHOUT a user name is to crawl through hundreds of thousands (possibly a million accounts) to try and match them up. This is the easiest way to debunk this, without giving "private info" away..

He could just use a screenshot of someone else's account, so he would need to be in the photo, but what the hell is the difference, that doesnt dox anything. Or even some other way that proves its not a random screenshot of someone else's account that he could just download. This isnt brain surgery. Just prove its not yours and this all goes away. Hell, I would even go to his stream and apologize if he could prove it.

Edit: Take 2 mins and do a pre recorded video in your "ahffice", cover your user name with your finger, or a small piece of paper, your roster size and point total should absolutely not match "downfromtherafters" totals. Case closed, end of discussion. As long as the account is not brand new or semi brand newish, with extremely low totals, this all goes away.

Also I want to point out that no one went looking for some weird accusation to hang on DSP, people knew how much he was making and couldn't figure out where all the fucking money was going. It was like dark matter. His WWE Champions spending is a perfect explanation for where that amount of money was going. He doesn't need to show us his WWE Champions account, he just needs to answer where all the fucking money is going, because until we get the real and ahnest truth from him, all the other evidence fits the bill perfectly.

Anytime DSP wants to explain what the $5,243.84 in monthly business expenses that he declared on his bankruptcy were actually going, then we'd at least know he's not spending all his money on sweaty JPEGs, but we *still know it's him*.

EDIT: also wait a second "NotDSP" tried to convince his former factions that he had no idea who The Guy was, that his username just happened to be exactly the same with exactly the same spelling and capitalization as the same username DSP has used everywhere since day one. So the idea that "NotDSP" was trying to imitate DSP for clout is contradicted by "NotDSP" himself.

The fact that Phil immediately jumps to screaming "felony" is such a classic pigroach move. It carries that same greasy energy as "I'm allowed to stream any game I want and get paid six figures doing it, but if you so much as dare restream a second of my kahntent then consequences will never be the same".

Additionally lmfao at pigroach trying to roast LTG for attempting tax fraud, when he himself has easily double dipped with tax and bankruptcy fraud already. More classic pigroach narcissism: he should be allowed to double dip in being a fraudulent leech and get away with it, but if anybody else tries even a fraction of that same fuckery too, then they deserve nothing less than a felonious record for the mere idea in Phil's clown world.
