I watched Patrick's whole stream and the main charges against Nick were:
1: He is being investigated by the feds
2: His bank account was frozen and he was hiding that information from his followers
3: Since there is so much heat on Nick, there are far more people attending the 2nd AFPAC, and Nick is collecting people's REAL NAMES so they can attend the whole event will be a honeypot.

What we know by cross referencing Patrick's claims and Nick rebuttal on the killstream:
1: Nick openly admitted to this multiple times
2: Nick said it was a "half truth" that his bank account was frozen. Which, to me, sounds like dodging the question and Nick hasn't said a word about it on his show or telegram or twitter.
3: There is a ton of heat on Nick since videos of him are being played in the impeachment trial. There ARE far more people attending AFPAC2 than AFPAC. And YES, Nick is collecting people's real names.
