Edit: And the CHAZ murders got memory holed when it was white men with "assault rifles" recklessly firing into an unidentified vehicle full of unknown people on a crowded urban street. A black journalist and activist was filmed organizing a group of people to destroy all the evidence at the crime scene. I wouldn't be surprised if the triggermen have been vacationing in some trust fund kid's cabin until the case goes totally cold.

CHARGES DROPPED: Buffalo police officers who shoved 75-year-old protester in viral video cleared by Grand Jury​

NEW YROK — Two Buffalo cops will not face prosecution for their actions during a protest last summer, Erie County District Attorney John Flynn says.

The incident happened June 4th and the video went viral showing 75-year-old Martin Gugino falling to the ground. Gugino was hospitalized and later made a full recovery.

Suspended police officers Aaron Torgalski, 39, and Robert McCabe, 32, were initially charged with second degree assault, a Class D felony. They pleaded not guilty.


DA Flynn told reporters Thursday the he could not elaborate on the grand jury proceedings — but he insisted he did everything he could to bring a fair and strong case.

“I’ve got 28 years as a naval officer, and I live and breathe every day by the core values: honor, courage and commitment,” said Flynn. “And integrity happens to be a big thing with me. And I’m sitting here right now talking into every one of these mics, looking at every one of these cameras right here, looking at each one of you in the eye right now, and I’m telling you that I sandbagged nothing.”

“I went into that grand jury, I put all relevant evidence into that grand jury. I put multiple witnesses in that grand jury. I put everything that was not cumulative into that grand jury. And you got my word on that.”

The president of the Buffalo Police Benevolent Association, John Evans, responded in a a statement:

“The Buffalo Police Benevolent Association is extremely pleased with today’s decision by a grand jury to dismiss charges against Buffalo Police Officers Robert McCabe and Aaron Torgalski. As we have stated all along, Officers McCabe and Torgalski were simply following departmental procedures and the directives of their superiors to clear Niagara Square despite working under extremely challenging circumstances. The Buffalo PBA remains in staunch support of Officers McCabe and Torgalski.”

Seemed like a plant who was willingly sacrificing himself for a cause.

The protesters there didnt like him and were questioning him.

He said something like "im just here to watch the show".

Then when the cops came he instantly started acting retarded and a cop pushed him. He fell down and started bleeding profusely from his ears.

He really looked like he was purposely trying to incite the cops to do something. he got right in a cops face and started flailing his arms around.

God, I actually love these people. They and BLM and every retarded liberal are responsible for hundreds if not a thousand or so black murders and probably a couple hundred white ones from last year and they're still bitching. Acting like they got actual reasonable positions.

They have to understand this. On some level they have to. Even if they won't admit it openly they know.

They served the elites interests and gained nothing in return but the blood on their hands. Biden and co. are laughing at them and have since st. floyd's overdose.

I find it funny that Tim in his fence sitting ways, would rather that the gas station be blown up by the rioters than the two ass clowns that Kyle ventilated get shot. If I had to pick between a gas fire in a populated area vs a methed out chomo and a druggie with domestic violence charges getting shot, it wouldn't be that difficult of choice tbh.
